Telekom offers 250 mbits for 54,94. Rumania has 940 for 8 Euros per month.
There are other providers; I pay 30 for 250 via Vodafone; however this speed isn’t given all the time. It ranges around between 80 and 200.

That's probably for the initial setup fee and stuff. She'll have to buy or rent equipment and then pay whatever administrative fees come along with it. Plus if it's like it is in the US, there might be a deposit or minimum charge for people with bad credit.

I said as much a few pages back when it was brought up that EnMa had 'ghosted' Coco on streaming with EN. We have seen, ridiculed, and dreaded enough of our outsider community as is to be naive about the kind of insanity they can bring. The only thing that separates a CCP psycho, a JP psycho, and an EN psycho is the reasoning and the competency. EN can get leagues ahead of the other two in competency, but those special few are thankfully either A) completely deranged but rare (the Gura doxxer) or B) Rather tolerant, very skilled, and waiting for something specific. The other kinds aren't usually competent at returning fire. That is my take anyway.

Yeah, it kind of does. Still, I'd like to see the priestess finish the fight. Also, you notice that her streams have gotten extremely energetic lately? Her Hat in Time collab, Splatton, and Apex stream were much less lo-fi than normal. Personally, I really like seeing the Hikiki happy, it keeps me engaged at the cost of my sleep schedule.

I remembered there’s a YouTube video about Japanese’s gambling addiction even if Japan makes gambling “illegal” in a sense. Horse racing + gacha is the ultimate rule stretching.

AFAIK gambling was very widespread in Japanese society until the country began to westernize during the Meiji period. So it's probably like homosexuality in that proscriptions developed as an attempt to make the country more 'western' (ie more Abrahamic in that gambling is seen as a vice to various degrees). Culturally-speaking, the Japanese have a very strong belief in luck as an innate characteristic (something something shinto probably) which is one reason that's been floated as to why they love gacha so much.
