Those two are not mutually exclusive you know. Marine's best friend in highschool said she acts like a lesbian sometimes and it really scare her. The Matsuri and Fubuki ship is also pushed at first but Matsuri leaned onto it so hard it put Fubuki off collabing with her for some time. Everything in moderation is even more important in kayfabe, that's the reason it's called ship bait in the first place. Most of the grievance people have with Takamori is that whatever dynamic they were going for, they failed spectacularly by having Kiara being too obnoxious with anything involving Cali. Off the top of my head, the Rushia Tamaki ship is a simple example of Takamori done right. They have a 5 person collab recently with Shigure Ui, Hoshikawa and Milk and Rushia screamed her lung off about Tamaki too, but the way everyone in the collab played it up was interesting, instead of Rushia overpowered everyone else and do an annoying voice.

Not that I was making fun of Ame's gameplay (as my own was way worse when I attempted it), but how rage-inducting this sequence is: you have to wait for few minutes on a boat, before making a crucial jump while being fully aware that one fuck-up sends you back to another few minutes of boredom before you can try again.
