Not gonna lie, now that some time's passed, I feel pretty disappointed by NijiEN's first outing. This isn't what Nijisanji feels like, at least to me. If anything, this feels like one of those small groups that spawned from nothing else but Holo's explosion. How do you manage to feel even more safe than a group inspired by idols? I figured the chances of a super group were slim, but a group of meme gremlin girls who kinda sing sometimes seems to be about as safe as you can get in the West. I hope the CG teaser was an actual thing and they have a better unit soon, because so far this really isn't looking good.

I don't know when have you left exactly, but:
- Josh decided we are all pedophiles here and first moved the thread to community watch and some time later closed it completely, thankfully one hero (asking for anonymity @moments fade pain remains ) explained to Josh this is not true and the thread was brought back,
- Haachama started her "horror arc" (or just "being even weirder than usual arc"), went on hiatus, came back, ate a tarantula on stream along the way,
- Coco and YouTube managed to solve the problem with bugmen spam,
- Coco is probing the potential (and wallets) of Spanish-speaking audience with her Duolingo lessons, potential HololiveES may (or may not) be in the making,
- HoloEN got new costumes, to general joy of the audience,
- Jitomi Monoe was fucking fired from VOMS trio (for reasons unkown),
- VShojo got a new member, Veibae (probably the first vtuber I personally dislike with passion),
- NijiIndia has been terminated (Noor fans on suicide watch),
- NijiEN has debuted with three talents, with audiences' opinions "mixed to positive".
There are probably many more notable things I can't remember right now.
Yeah, I was really surprised by that. out of all the submissions they probably received that's the one they went with? Maybe it was a tako with too much money that 'donated' enough money to the cause so their 'masterpiece' would be chosen.

It was here that she settled on the name Nadeshiko, with a handle name of Nadechama:
Early this morning, a thread was made talking about Nadeshiko. Someone got in touch with her through Twitter (a blank account as of now) and she joined in, showing further progress on her design:
She seems pretty receptive to /vt/ culture, posting a Vocaroo of herself saying "ogey rrat". She later signed off and said she has to wake up early for school, and that's where the lore ends at this point.
Naturally, Beatani is being brought up and a /yah/ thread was created during off-hours where shitposting ensues. Personally I'm just waiting to see what comes of Nadeshiko and her eventual debut, which still has an undecided date.
I'm going to give the Niji EN girls a benefit of a doubt. Nijisanji is their own brand of fucking crazy and the Holo EN girls eventually became how they are over time. Just feels fast because time generally goes by fast.
