But,
The whole ordeal was too lewd for Miko, who now views Haachama as her friend.
strongest idol indeed, imagine being too lewd for elite eroge shrinemaiden :story:

I'm surprised she hasn't reached 500k already.
imo it's a good example that even if you got that certain personality and everything, if you're not backed by a big enough group for networking and word of mouth you'll still get overlooked to some degree.

I am rather curious to see if Ame and Kronii play up the time traveler and time keeper aspect much, won't hold out for anything, but with Ame's creativity they could certainly have some fun with it. Regardless the Hololive fan artists are doing a great job of making cool/funny art about them, and expect there to be some fan manga and other project in the future too.

Something I've been thinking about for awhile now, is that one of Ame's gimmicks has been all her alternate timeline versions and how they all seem to know about and help each other, most seem to be able to time travel as well.

My first RRAT: Ame is actually Hololives "Kang the Destroyer Conqueror" and after a decade of build up will be revealed to be the ultimate final boss of "Hololive Alternate" (Will add: Bonus if it turns out to be Smol Ame)

Edit: Apparently I'm more retarded than I thought, even though I double checked I still wrote destroyer instead of conqueror, thanks noticing the error @Scoots

Some people who have responded seem to think that it's an Apex problem. But even the Mario Kart 8 Tournament that was held around New Year had a ton of members crying because they felt they didn't perform well enough. And we're talking about a game that is predominantly decided by luck of the draw. Not entirely saying skill isn't a factor, Aqua came in first quite a lot while she was arguably the best player. But at the same time, she still ended up losing.

The larger team tournaments and just more casual tournaments (Summer Games, Sports Festival) were a lot more lighthearted.

Yup. They got upset in a MK8 tournament that had a PNG trophy as it's stake.

It's hardly a stretch to think that tournaments like this one are going to go off without an emotional hitch. HAL's last tournament had like High-End PCs, $1000 yakiniku vouchers, and others goods on the line.

Not to mention that this tournament has team captains who need to research potential teammates, and create the team they wholeheartedly think is the strongest they could manage. With the exceptions of the 'meme teams', everyone genuinely feels like they have a shot at winning the tournament because of the 'value cap system', so when a captain feels like it's not working out or they aren't pulling their weight, it's going to be upsetting.

In most of these tournaments, each player will be given a numerical value depending on their typical APEX ELO; in this tournament, a Bronze-Plat 3 player is worth 3pts, Plat 2-1 worth 4, Diamond 4-3 is 5, Diamond 2-1 is 8, and then Master/Pred is up to HAL's discretion.

The maximum value of any team is 18pts, meaning Team Captains like Uto need to pick teammates who, combined, won't go above that. This causes a lot of compromising and strategy, as some teams like Uto will aim for a team all of the same ELO in the hopes they'll synergise better, whilst others will have one Master/Pred as their shot caller and then a Gold/Plat player.

Team captains reach out to the people who they think is best and recruit them - often people they've never formally interacted with before. This already probably causes a lot of stress if things aren't working out, as people like Chii-chan could have got into any other team and maybe done better etc. The result is that victories make for great moments, whilst defeat can become a tough watch when you can feel it getting to them.

Is raisin taste that bad?
you never ate raisins?
might be a preference thing with a healthy dose of exaggeration, but then you got someone like nene who'se tastebuds apparently are so weird lot of fruits/veggis (even stuff like cherry tomatos) just taste bitter. could also be an asian thing in general, no idea.

I'm not sure if she is doing it on purpose for the lols or if she is really such an airhead. If the latter then this is a certified bruh moment.
wasn't sure either if she's playing up the role or just a damn good method actor, but then she "almost" killed herself with a single can of beer, so who knows really.

1. Raisins are God-tier snacks.
2. I didn't believe the Asians being lightweights to booze thing for the longest time. That is, until I went out drinking with a group of them. Woof.

Doesn't help that the whole red face when drinking thing is actually a genetic thing present in 30-50% of east asians where it's super rare for westerners.
Heat flush is common in East Asians, with approximately 30 to 50% of Chinese, Japanese, and Koreans showing characteristic physiological responses to drinking alcohol that includes facial flushing, nausea, headaches and a fast heart rate.

I do, can just eat a small packet of cheap Ligo raisins just fine. Which is why I find it weirdly pathetic for Anya for being horrified eating even 2 or 3 bits of raisin :story:

Cherry tomato, I can understand but raisins? Anya deserved to get bullied by YabaIRyS. Eat your raisins, kris.
