This might be an unpopular opinion but I much prefer NijiEN's debut schedule of having them be 20mins one right after another leading straight into the collab.

An hour debut with 30min gaps in-between just feels like a lot of unnecessary time being used up with a lot more bloat. It would have also made it so we only had to watch the lore video once and never again.

True. I think their EN debut system worked perfectly: 20-30 min to talk about them and release the song right after.
This holo model demands too much and there's till a collab after it.
