She was told she'd be Team Captain 30 minutes before her collab with Pomu, and wasn't told until after she accepted that she'd have about 4 days to make a team.

Bit of an update on that, apparently it was less 4 days and more 5 HOURS. Not a lot of time to organize a team properly enough to balance out everyone's ranks/points while making sure they can communicate well enough in English.
