Actually wanted to get to know Ban Hada but she is pretty much a mute with how loud and for how long Selen and Bon banter.
Bon is like a virgin who doesn't know where to put it. Easily panics.
Selen is just rusty and doesn't allow herself to be even more forceful as a captain for they don't know each other too well yet, I assume.

Checked on her thread on /vt/ and apparently, there was another thumbnail that was also changed to the current one.

Is this Gura's first real smaller JP collab? I know she did MC and Amogus, but I don't recall any solo or duo collabs with the JP girls.

Yea, I think she's the only Myth member to not even have done anything with Haachama. But I for one welcome the new "Give No Shit" Gura.

Although, I guess her Collab with Roboco was also similarly sized. But with 2 ID's to fill in the ranks.

Checked Reddit. There were a handful of threads, but looks like the mods cleaned them up fast. Didn't get a chance to archive them. What's hilarious is these are the fucks that are typically complaining about cultural appropriation and colonizing of a culture. And here they are, colonizing Australian culture, expecting her to know a completely obscure meme based on an even more obscure racist caricature. Anyone who is legitimately upset by this and not like, "Hey, heads up, might want to change this as it's more trouble than it's worth" should have their internet privileges removed.

So I think anyone who suggested racism at the start is a knob and totally not understanding of the demographics that would watch hololive. Sure, there might be racists who watch vTubers. But not enough to account for the giant gulf of subscribers between Sana and her genmates. Now, what I CAN believe is YouTube's algorithm has a bug up it's ass and is not recommending Sana nearly as much as her genmates. Making automated, learning computer systems 'racist' is incredibly easy to do, and will require manual intervention to prevent. We'll have to see if that gulf can be closed somehow, or if it's going to just get worse and worse.

On one hand, maybe she is black in which then it wouldn't be racist, lol. On another hand, the guy saying to change it is kind of right. Right in the sense that if she used it there'd be a lot of problems. Unjustified problems sure, but perhaps it's best to avoid the problem if you can. This is one of those downsides to HoloLive, you have to be very careful to not say or do the wrong thing.
