General GunTuber thread

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
When was the last time we saw Brandon wear the Black Rifle Coffee merch ? I remember him wearing some way after all the controversies of BRC donating to anti-gun candidates, but I could misremembering.
I really don't trust Hererra, and I don't know why, it's just a gut feeling.

Edit : Best I can find, is in this 8 month old video, at Demolition Ranch : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=31joPgBkLlY

Brandon Hererra is running for US Congress.

This clown has never ran for a political office before; I'm not even sure if he has ever participated in any political campaigns. He doesn't seem like the person willing to learn or change his habits, especially since his entire campaign revolves around stonewalling on one specific issue (two if you count primarying opponents to your one specific issue as a separate issue).

Politics is very difficult, far more difficult than being a social media personality, but it attracts enormous egos but also requires a great amount of learning to even be mildly successful in, even if you are a lawyer (which is the background of most politicians). Additionally, there are very few transferable skills from going from a YouTuber to a politician. Far less transferable skills than being a lawyer, or a business owner, community activist or educator (like Trump, AOC or Trudeau respectively), or even a traditionally trained actor (like Arnold).

Hererra will quickly fall on his face in the primary season, and if he doesn't, he might even lose a district that went 55R-34D in 2022 because of how little campaigning, fundraising or simple collaboration he has actually done with his regular job. If he somehow succeeds, he will be given a crash course in parliamentary procedure, and fail in a backbencher committee assignment, and get no legislation passed. Note: this would be the worst ending for everyone, as the USA would be served by a (more than usual) incompetent egotist and get slightly worse (and the people of Texas's 23rd would probably get it substantially worse). Regardless of your political views, the USA being served by somebody who gets nothing done is going to be bad for you.

The best case scenario is he will realize that he made a very bad decision and that politicking is actually harder than it seems, slink away and never mentions it again. However, it would be fucking hilarious if he rages out at a reporter and becomes a lolcow.

While I dont think Brandon has much chance of actually winning, he does have IMHO the best chance of any youtuber thus far. Unlike Sargoy, Brandon isn't a NEET turned living meme. In addition as someone who has had a successful business building AK's for sevetal years, dating back to before he started his youtube channel if I'm not mistaken, he actually does have some real world experience, and in an industry that is both very competitive and very red tape heavy to boot. He will of course run into the same problem all youtubers do, in that very little of his viewers will be eligiable to vote fore him, though he should do well in fundraising.

Overall, he can't be any worse than the current political class and may well be an improvement were he to win, which again, I find unlikely.

Yes goy. The system is completely under our control don't try to effect it or participate in it.
As opposed to what? Even if it's totally impossible to effect change through the political process, what is the better, more effective outlet for that energy?

If there's no obviously superior option, then there's no harm in trying this one.
Literally anything else. Don't act like there's no consequences to trying out a political solution. Even if all you're doing is voting, you're essentially doxxing yourself by registering to vote. If you want to go to a protest or a rally, there's a good chance you'll be put on a watch list, doxxed by the left, assaulted and put in prison for defending yourself, or entrapped. Actually running for political office, aside from the enormous financial burden, is also extremely dangerous because if you actually manage to get in and go against what the powers that be want, you'll end up like Trump. Being indicted with a new charge and arrested every week.

Better alternatives are leaving the country, or fortifying a place to protect yourself and your loved ones, stocking up on non-perishable food, seeds, firearms, ammunition, crypto, and precious metals. Or converting a van. You cannot change the system. The system is driving the country off a cliff and there's nothing you can do to stop it. Prepare for impact and hope that BRICS offers a brighter future in the coming decade.

If you have a Social Security number, ever enrolled in school, ever filled taxes, or have ever received a piece of mail, you're already thoroughly "doxed".

"Dox" has become such a comically overused term that it's lost any meaning it once had.

Hey, newsflash buddy. There's literally nothing you can do to hide your identity from someone who wants to find it in this day and age, especially if that person is the government and there's no such thing as "off grid" anymore especially if we're taking your retarded advice and stocking up on worthless shit like crypto and precious metals or buying a vehicle because those are tracked through a very tight chain of custody and must be registered regularly to drive on public roads. Firearms you might get away with private sales but those aren't legal everywhere. Now sure you could purchase all these things illegally but then you're running a huge risk with "Which one of these deals is gonna be the sting operation?"

You sound like a histrionic faggot and your advice is questionable at best, about the only good recommendation you make is to build up a pantry.

The only people who can find your identity, assuming you aren't acting like a retard on the internet and using your real name connected to your online aliases, is the government. You register to vote, and the government is selling all your information to people finding services.

I didn't even say "off grid." So don't put words in my mouth.

Crypto and precious metals are worthless, huh? Tell that to the Venezuelans back a number of years ago when their currency hyperinflated and their grid went down. I assume you're the type to keep all his assets in his bank account, real estate, stocks, and bonds? If so. Have fun being destitute.

Who cares if vehicles are registered and licensed? If you convert a van, you can go anywhere that has a road and bring your home with you. I'm not just considering the government an antagonistic force here. They're not gonna be interested in you when they're having a hard time keeping the lights on. It's going to be the niggers rioting and looting because they're not getting any more welfare.

You seem to think I'm saying the government is going to come after you. Well in 99.99% of cases, they won't. The guns aren't for the government, buddy.
Summarized your message for you.
What do you mean "give" the country to your enemies? That implies you have some level of control or ownership over your own country. Very naive. Your enemies already own the country, bud. They've got it locked down, and if you even so much as have a little protest, they and their media shills treat it like an insurrection, murder unarmed women, and then put everyone in prison for a long time. Why do you think my first bit of advice was to leave the country? The whites who left South Africa after apartheid ended were the smart ones.

If this nigger promises common carrier status for ISPs he has my support.
It’s worth asking. His position on censorship suggests that he’d be amenable to that:

CENSORSHIP

Censoring the free exchange of ideas goes against one of the very founding pillars of this nation. Whether it comes from government agencies investigating law abiding citizens over political expression, or Silicon Valley technocrats trying to shape the world to their biases, censorship must be stopped
