He said on Reddit he's using TRT. He's also working out a lot to heal previous injuries (don't really understand the specifics of this since he has neck problems, ie how does upping your max bench by 50lbs unfuck that?)
My understanding is that he got a spinal injury during jump training. Which is the excuse given to why he seemingly never deployed. That reasoning never sat well with me because people wash out due to injuries all the time. He would have gotten discharged or transferred out of whatever TACP team he would have been in. It's really weird to me that some AFSOC would have let him rott in the baracks as a TACP officer that can't do TACP shit and has no TACP experience.

Suspected fibbing aside. Recovery training is real and is massively beneficial if done right. If the muscles are stronger, they can endure strain and minor trauma more reliable and avoid reinjury. Think of it like a suspension system but with muscles instead of springs. As far as the spine goes he should be looking at his spinal erectors and core. I.E Deadliftring, Bent Over Rows, Good Mornings, etc. Not Benchpresses.

It's one of the reasons i like Jonathan Ferguson so much, he doesn't have any delusions or pretences about what he is or what he knows.
Mate Jonathan Ferguson is a large part of the reason the Royal Armories Museum (at least the small part accessible to the public) is such a shit show. The exhibition mainly consists of a load of crappy dioramas, some larpers in the huge empty main hall, and a handful of exhibits. A major one being 'American Gun Culture'. He was also involved in Imperial War Museum at a time when they shifted from actually displaying military artifacts to instead trying to put forward a 'vision'... war is very bad guys!.

All the worthwhile stuff is in the archives, and Jonathan Ferguson is the gatekeeper deciding who can and can't gett access. You can't even take a photograph of an exhibit in the Royal Armouries without them claiming the copyright.

Honest Outlaw put the WWSD rifle on his list of guns that definitely aren't worth the money.
tldr: it feels like loose, cheap shit and omits modern AR features to fit into some quasi competition niche
No contest there. As much as I found the original concept interesting as a thought experiment, the WWSD rifle (either Karl's or Ian's original model) is a testament to diminishing returns (and gucci race gun bullshit). I guarantee you I could build an AR that would get 95% the performance of a fully kitted-out WWSD, for half the price. If that much.

It's gotta chap Karl's ass that he leaves InRange out of the "I like his channel, I've been watching him for a very long time" comment.

EDIT: Holy shit that one bitch with the almightiest chick lean I've ever witnessed anywhere. Somebody help that poor woman.

Not too familiar with his work outside of content he's produces on youtube. Is he not just a low-to-mid level curator? Why would he have so much sway over an entire museum?

That guy blamed his wife for dropping the magazine in his initial review of the gun, when it's the shitty gun that does it on its own. I timestamped the moment it happened.

The handguard for Brandon Herrera's AK-50 was so complex that the first machine shop he had build it was unable to build it correctly because they only had a 3-axis CNC mill.
The picatinny slots were cut crooked. Even a continuous 5 axis would not have helped the first shop.
Edit:
Apparently these guys also made several of the other AK-50 parts.
I can't find the video where Brandon showed off the first batch of parts, but not a single part the first shop shipped was in tolerance. Some of it wasn't even in dimension. I swear the front trunnion was drilled off center.

That's actually pretty awful. I've never felt bad for Brandon before but I'd be livid if that happened to me.

I would like to add that he stinks as a presenter of information. He does the modesty thing so much it comes across as narcissism. "I'm too cool to get to the point, or prepare like some American try-hard.

Anyone know what this "Dirty Civilian" guy is about? His channel is barely a year old yet he has 150k subs and seems to know all the big guntuber fags. I don't know if there's a guntuber equivalent to an "industry plant" but i feel like this guy would definitely be it.

This sounds like someone's trying to start a militia group but trying to stay under the radar. Or the feds are evolving.

From what I understand they're ex Trex Arms employees, who left to go do their own thing possibly on bad terms with the board of Trex.
