Ngl I was excited about that book, it would've literally been the first published in English by a combatant in the Ukraine war, AFAIK.

It's telling that there are dozens of books written by literal nazi soldiers, snipers, & SS panzer troops from WW2; yet none of those publishers (big or small) have been pig-piled by the hate brigades.
