So if you can get the history nerd to lead the conscripts in their daily PE (all the while likely wringing them dry of any local historical anecdotes), the guys who actually know how to handle guns and do tactics have more time to teach their craft.

In last week's Apocrypha Ian says he got an email from a guy who went to Ukraine and they used his videos on the CZ Bren and some handgun as instructions for how to disassemble them.

I thought the idea was completely retarded, but if it was only this, it may actually be mutually beneficial.

I'm not on the discord to confirm it but I am a little more convinced. The response screenshot got removed, but there are a dozen+ screenshots on this page with the leftists reeing at specific parts of the response.

For all we know they could emailing to wrong person though...

Ian's email is also very publicly admin@forgottenweapons.com. Unless that one literally just redirects to his personal email (presumably ianmccollum@gmail.com), which is a fucking stupid idea considering the unbelievable amount of digital correspondence having over a million followers/subscribers anywhere generates, it won't be a legit email. I don't know, maybe he is that kind of boomer, but I find it unlikely given he's not tech-illiterate and he puts so much emphasis on keeping his private life separate from his work.

(Karl would have also told him very early on to not do it, either.)

I'm really not a fan of all these email and discord screenshots. Does Ian use a gmail address at this stage in his career?

He does use gmail for personal correspondence, but the address isn't any of those.

Yeah, I did a WAG on the email (hence the "presumably"). And the writing style didn't seem to fit what little I've seen written by him in the past, if it makes sense? Either way, there was no way to verify the email and a random furry on discord is about as trustworthy as a Saturday morning cartoon villain's sniveling minion, so I wouldn't use that email as evidence of anything even if it was Ian telling everybody to go suck tranny cock/kill all genderpeople.
