There is once again some drama in the Instagram/Youtube gunverse. This time involving Tony Cowden and reddit tranny obliterater Lucas Botkin. Apparently what happened is that Tony either knowingly or unknowingly shared a parody Trex Arms account post that allegedly had Lucas's home address in it. However some are claiming that it wasn't Lucas's address but the location of the Range Trex owns, which is possible because around a year ago a Reddit tranny literally looked up the location on google maps and published that info thinking it was an epic own. Tony Cowden also has had quite a history himself including a litany of legal issues and a massive fued with Ben Stoeger regarding cheating allegations (Which I believe Lucas has also talked about). The allegations claim that Cowden was collaborating behind the scenes with USPSA staff to inflate his scores from C-class to Grand Master.

On the one hand, Tony Cowden is a pathetic, insecure, stolen valor boomer. On the other hand, someone with Stoeger's knowledge and contacts shouldn't have associated with Botkin either. There is no way that Stoeger doesn't know that Botkin fakes his shooting prowess too.

I made a long post in the other thread. Outside of the company's claims and the price, I'm curious to see how this thing performs under recoil. I could see the gun rotating around in this thing if you shoot any faster than boomer RO cadence. Their legal claims seem to rest upon the "its not a gun attachment" argument for why the ATF can't fuck with it. Part of me wants to see the feds argue that human hands are unregistered short barrel rifle accessories.

As a general rule of thumb I find the entire concept of pistol stocks to be kinda retarded. This one looks even worse than most since it's not even attached, thus likely making it clumsy as all fuck to actually use. That being said as a way to troll the ATF and it's asinine rules I give it full support. I just hope they're ready for the inevitable legal fight, because while they're likely right in their interpretation of the law, when has that ever stopped the ATF from being dicks and making their own shit up?

This is related to the recent drama over Lead and Steel threatening to sue FocusTripp over a review. Sinistral is butt buddies with L&S via their Reddit marketing. It's curious that all of these people came out to aggressively shit on FocusTripp (and Hop once he posted that comment) after he suggested that L&S may have offered other unnamed influencers money for positive opinions.
