It's an hour long, so I haven't re-watched it, but I'm pretty sure he burned the 10 rounds in the mag before single loading, to give the Lee the best possible advantage.

Even in the comments, people are pointing out the fumbled Mauser reloads. After stripping the cartridges into the mag, he manually pulls out the empty clip and tosses it aside, before closing the bolt. Anyone familiar with the Mauser action knows that removing the empty clip by hand is an unnecessary action. When you vigorously push the bolt forward on an empty clip, the bolt face will kick the empty clip out of the receiver. So the very act of closing the bolt will remove the empty clip.

I feel like this is a very common oversight by people who cut their teeth on Mosins, Lee-Enfields, and other non-Mauser actions. You will see them manually fishing the empty clip out of a Mauser action, even when they are doing some sort of timed trial.

He shot 3 tests and the Mauser won 2 of the 3. the 15 round test was first and happened to be the perfect test to get the enfield to win. the other two were shot after because he could not understand how the Mauser lost.

and it has to be noted that its not a even playing field. He used a Boer style bandolier with the Mauser and standard issue English infantry kit for the Enfield. the bandolier more than anything seemed to hurt the mauser, but discarding the bandolier would be min-maxing that that's not what his channels about. its like how karl and ian would use historical guns and kit in 2gun matches. its the whole experience warts and all.

I wonder if this has something to do with Karl constantly bringing up Micah's jokes in relation to Varusteleka, or if Micah's realizing that his tranny jokes might come back to haunt his future filming career opportunities.

The only TFBTV content I ever cared for was the stuff Hop and Luke did. Everything else is either fluff at best, or blatantly an advertisement at worst. James comes off as a salesman most of the time.

James turns into a chaser just as he is finally pressured into watching anime and starts posting about it nonstop. Coincidence? You can tell for James it's just business and a hobby he enjoys but doesn't take as seriously in terms of meta min maxxing like many others. I can appreciate that, but it makes his content very shallow. He's definitely a sales guy. I like Hop, he's a good dude. And other writers for TFB who aren't in video content I've known personally are really good and full of knowledge.

I think they're just so desperate to be liked. Same with all the lolbert types who seem to think none of these batshit people buying guns and doing armed checkpoints on public roads and openly talking about training to kill people like them will come back to hurt all gun owners. They seem to think if you point out that these things aren't good that you want gun control. They think passivity is the key to success in the long run of winning people over. When really these people they're trying to win over will always hate them,

My views are changing. I don't believe in any gun control. I simply don't. But I do believe more and more in gate keeping in communities. Refusing to help, criticizing, and making fun of an individual or group who WILL hurt your cause and hobby in the future should be gate kept after a point. Not always immediately, that can backfire, but these cracks are starting to form when it's just not at all at any point. Why the fuck are you kneeling to socialist rifle association nut jobs?

It’s called Tranime for a reason, but James has always been a stickler for anything that might get in the way of industry (especially European) orgy invites.

He flipped shit when people made fun of Turks on his earlier videos. He desperately didn’t want to get blacklisted by the Roaches at Glock in Austria.
 
If Micah is pivoting to preserve his relationship with the Finns it makes sense. Right-wing in Europe is very different than right-wing in the US. The only thing the two movements share in common is concern about immigration. As far as I can tell, transsexual Putin a-lawgs are welcome in the big tent of the euro far right.
