I hate FocusTripp

I Hate FocusTripp for a variety of reasons. He is smug, His " I'm a based Chud who hates NIGGERS! Did I mention I hate NIGGERS!?" Shtick is tired and old, he dedicates half his stream to reading superchats, He just assumes shit and runs with it, He has this insufferable attitude. I hate that his stream is one of the easiest ways to gather up Guntube drama (I never watch live but even scrolling through the VOD's is tiring, having to hear his voice at 2x speed.). He is such a catty fuck and hates everyone and I do not understand his devoted audience of dickriders, he's not even trying to be anyone's surrogate internet father. His guests are a bunch of literal who nobody hanger ons and I assume his Trooncord is full of brown nosing sycophants.

I see this guy from time to time and he's unwatchable. The first time he made some edgy joke I went "haha now let's get to the good stuff" and then that was his whole personality, which despite being a farmer (ontologically racist btw) is actually not what I want in my media.
 
Focusstripp is influential in the industry; industry people watch it hoping they don’t end up on it.

He holds a similar place as KF does as being the origin point for industry rumors and gossip getting traction.

Despite my dislike of him, it is funny contrasting his being an insufferable cunt with connections with Karl being an insufferable cunt with no connections.

I've never watched FocusTripp at all before -- these multi-person streams where they just ramble for hours abour nothing at all in particular tend to bore me shitless -- but he did a good job of acquitting himself here. Seemed happy to acknowledge where the criticisms were reasonable.

I bet he gets boring as hell after a couple of hours, but most people get boring after a couple of hours. I might take a look at his clips channel though.

I think podcasts like this are an alternative for people who don’t have friends IRL to hang out with or to bullshitting at the bar.

There’s several I listen to like this while I’m otherwise working on stuff like building or cleaning guns or doing accounting.

Wired article came out that associated Brutality Matches with hard core leftism and the Kirk assassination, and made everyone attending look bad. Karl thought this article was good promotion, and I disagreed and resigned as a result.

After leaving he started deleting my posts from the IRTV Reddit and videos I was in.

I then started posting here again to correct information and preserve evidence of my unpersoning. Karl tried to use my participation here as evidence to smear me to his audience. It didn’t really work thus far.

In the end I have far less stress since leaving, the universal response from my industry contacts has been good, and if people get pissed off at me it’s for something I did rather than getting caught in the blast radius of Karl’s fight of the week.
