I've done a bunk of HK related group buys but they always required money down. Not sure how anyone thought the list meant anything without an importer and a contract lined up.

I do find it funny that MAC posted a video probably thinking he would come off as the hero. Even after explicitly calling out GB scalpers the previous week. He should have just posted the guns silently on GB from a different account.

It's a little insane to downplay his involvement in Copper Customs. It was just an "employee" that made the instagram post and MAC had "no involvement".

Also, I see MAC is pulling a K-Var by listing all of $7,500 rifles as "sold out" on Copper Customs while selling them in batches to the highest bidder on GunBroker.

EDIT: Rewatching Misha's second video up there, he mentions another "semi-auto import" that there's been issues trying to bring over but he can't talk about more. I just now realized he was more than likely talking about these Hungarian SVD's.

Don't worry, AKfiles did all the hard work for him to make sure the guns were compliant with import laws.
The third hole stuff does remind me of back in the early 90s Labnau imported a bunch of MAK-90s built on full auto receivers and nobody realized it until guns were in the hands of civilians. It was one of the factors that led to the Chinese import ban of May 1994.
