For further context, Fuck 学习强国 refers to this repository https://github.com/fuck-xuexiqiangguo/Fuck-XueXiQiangGuo that helps Chinese people cheat this brainwashing indoctrination App: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Xuexi_Qiangguo (Study for a strong country) made by Alibaba for the Chinese government, and which many companies force employees to use. The fact that that repo received 7k stars is quite remarkable, since most are from Chinese people as the repository is completely in Chinese, so starers incur a small risk to their own safety.

Xmader's identity (唐文正, Tang Wenzheng) had been recently leaked in a unrelated and widely noted incident (he commented with a real name account by mistake: https://github.com/fuck-xuexiqiangguo/Fuck-XueXiQiangGuo/issues/578 ), but luckily he was already abroad. That incident e.g. received coverage at: https://chinadigitaltimes.net/chinese/663593.html (a well known US funded anti-CCP publication that I love), and Xmader subsequently talked publicly about it, notably in this FAQ: https://2047.name/t/11552

In a "funny" turn of events, CCP supporters later created a anti-Fuck-XXQG repo at: https://github.com/boycott-fuck-xuexiqiangguo/Boycott-Fuck-XueXiQiangGuo and it has so far reached a grand total of 129 stars.

Doing a 13 month bump just to say that if you are the guy that decided that Audacity projects should start saving in SQL with bloated project sizes and are reading this, sincerely go fucking neck yourself. Lost a project to the shitty 3.x project format deciding to code dump crash midsave and their own recovery tools can only grab 320kb of what it claims is 2.1gb, who in the ever loving fuck looked at corporate database software and thought "yes we can save audio files with this".
