Also how does the law makes exemptions on 'bad' people? is it written on the law that insulting 'bad' dead people dont count as infractions.
Then it has to define bad. Is any criminal offense make you bad? stealing? speeding? tax fraud? or it has to be murder?
Can you insult Jesus Christ? Christ is not really dead according to the bible.

They don't have to write it into the law. They just do it. They pass these bullshit "hate speech" laws but then only apply them to unpopular opinions. So Muslim terrorist imams can openly scream for the extermination of all Jews and they'll put up with that. It's a total "hate crime" if a white person says exactly the same thing, or even an incredibly mild criticism of Zionism specifically. Blacks can call for white people to be killed, whites just saying I think this race is inferior to mine is a crime.

It has nothing to do with whether it's right or wrong, the only issue is who is saying it and who are they saying it about.

That is why these laws are ALWAYS garbage. Everyone should have equal rights to shit-talk everyone else.

How can Germans still vote for the CDU if they are in any way right wing or oppose the current government? The CDU leader has made it clear that he plans on working with the party in power right now instead of the AFD.

lack of options. the AFD gets smeared as ultra-right wing trying to resurrect hitler (problem is that it's one party spanning all the way from the center-right to the far right, so you inevitably get all kinds of people), CSU as the more conservative option is only available in bavaria. the rest is some kind of retarded progressive or globohomo.
ironically all that kvetching about the AFD is completely pointless because the way the government is set up (exactly on purpose to prevent another hitler) they couldn't do much to MUH DEMOCRACY anyway. the same setup which is the reason nothing will ever get fixed (because it can't be) till it implodes.
