Judgement will be delivered 25th November.
Worth checking out reporting of the third day of the trial as we heard testimony from Kate Harris, Fiona McEnena and Julie Bindel. The latter had a killer line on Brooks: "If I had a Mastermind subject it would be male violence, harassment and intimidation and I know it when I see it".
Nick Wallis has requested a copy of various materials referred to in court, including correspondence between Brooks/Lynsay Watson and the police.
Note that days 1 and 2 are incomplete when using Thread Reader, including on Nick's blog, so if you want to see absolutely everything you have to go directly to X. I think Nick realised this and compiled day 3's tweets manually.

Also from Nick's blog, a
summary of the prosecution and defence [
archive]. For anyone too lazy to click the above links, here's my own summary:
The prosecution
Glinner admits that he threw the phone and e dunnit coz e 8s poor dainty trans girlies. He kept tweeting about it, which is unacceptable and caused the claimant Alarm And Distress™.
The defence
There's no evidence Glinner's actions actually caused the damage to the phone and the claimant's word can't be trusted. Brooks clearly wasn't alarmed or distressed but is a hypocrite who engages in behaviour just as bad (tweeting veiled threats, violent fantasies and unfounded allegations, taking pictures of people and asking for their personal information, getting kicked out of women's events for being disruptive) as what he's accusing Glinner of.
