- Like it or not, he's a successful outsider artist. He's created this fascinating magnum opus that people read, dissect and even pay for which provides a fascinating insight into a unique mind. You couldn't create something like that deliberately. How many other webcomic artists could say that? I honestly think if Chris had a decent manager, he could be rich by now.

- He's a living sitcom character. The reason I've never believed he was a troll was because you couldn't invent a character like this. Not only does he get involved in lots of crazy, unpredictable shit, but he's also a satire on modern culture, as this NEET who spends all his time dressing as a girl, playing with toys and games and obsessing over cartoons.

- He's a better troon than most of the Rat King, in that he doesn't view being trans as an end in itself. He's actually interested in being feminine, not just sticking a dress on and demanding the world obey his demands. I mean, he fails, but unlike Phil or Jake Alley, at least he tries.

- Unlike many cows, he isn't completely hate-filled. People like Toren or Greta or that well known white potato-man have this attitude of "I HATE YOU ALL, CIS SCUM! GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!" Chris generally seems to view the world as this basically nice place that just has a few unpleasant people in it, which seems a lot more healthy than making all of humanity your enemy.

Honestly, his resilience. If I had my nudes leaked online, was catfished over and over again, and had every little dumb decision I made analyzed by a legion of armchair psychologists, I would be so embarrassed and ashamed that I probably wouldn't go online at all, let alone smugly release new issues of my widely mocked comic.

Despite being a horrifying abomination, he will still go outside and appear on tv or sing So Need A Cute Girl at local bars.

That puts him ahead of the entirety of r9k and incels

You know, this is the reason that, after laughing at his latest antics for such a longtime, I grew to pity him and even sympathize with his situation. Despite his flaws (and they are legion), there's still something of a pure heart underneath it all.

I can't say the same for any of his A-Logs. Most, if not all, are thoroughly despicable. Unlike Chris, dying will be their greatest contribution to humanity.
I recall @AnOminous and @champthom discussing the unfair treatment A-Log received when he jumped on the anti-Chris bandwagon when it was clear that Cogsdev and company were the original A-Logs. I can't help but agree. The elephant in the room here is the trolls fucked with A-Log for no better reason than to save their collective skin. Deep down inside, all of Chris's dedicated trolls knew they were A-Logs all along, but it seems to me they earnestly believed they could get away with it under the cloak of anonymity and shared safety in numbers. A-Log's videos on Chris threatened that sense of security since he more or less echoed those sentiments with the only distinction of being out-group as opposed to in-group. Seeing that it had been awhile since Chris produced anything worth salivating over and to get rid of what might be a potential problem, the trolls all piled on A-Log.

I feel A-Log's importance is less the fact he was so venomous towards Chris and more how he was a lolcow in his own right. He was what he hated, and that's poetic.

His tribute to Patti in Sonichu issue 6 was genuinely creative and heartfelt.

One thing I'll give A-Log credit for is he actually had the sense to quit being, basically, an A-Log.

So whatever else he did, he's an example that you don't have to keep being a lolcow if you don't want to.

Unlike Bob I'm glad that Chris will never be able to pass on his defective genetics.

One good thing I can say about Chris is that he's finally figured out how to make money off of Sonichu. Granted he's not making nearly enough to support himself once Barb goes off to meet the great lumberjack in the sky. But I believe it is an important step for Chris.
