Goreans - Pulp Fantasy Sex Cult for Unwashed Fatties

I really wish I could find that old issue of Bizarre magazine in which they interviewed Lee Thompson, a Gorean from Darlington who was later locked up for rape. They had him and his apprentice re-enact cover art from Gorean novels and it was every inch as autismal as you could expect.

He was also banned from his local supermarket for bringing in a chained naked slave girl.

Having just read through this thread.... wow

Deviant sexual behavior? ☑
Failure to understand what normal boundaries for discussing this stuff are? ☑
Closeted furries? ☑
Cult-like mentality? ☑
Grooming of kids? ☑

I'm willing to bet the slaves come from abusive families, and the doms are projecting their insecurities. And pedophiles. There's always pedophiles if you go deep enough down the "alternate sexual behavior" rabbithole.

As for the the author, let me just note that his PhD was titled "In defence of ethical naturalism: an examination of certain aspects of naturalistic fallacy, with particular attention to the logic of an open question argument," and received a total of 10 views on researchgate.
He tries arguing that morals not based in nature are unsatisfying. So go ahead and cannibalize and rape and murder all you want, because its natural and therefore moral! /sneed
Honestly, he seems to have the potential to be just as much of a lolcow as his cult. Is he active on social media?

The dude is probably 90, if he’s even still alive. Doubt you’ll get much out of him. I remember IRC chats back in the 90s with Gor as their subject, but I’ve don’t recall the author ever really doing much besides writing here and there. He was your basic liberal arts professor, too educated to be useful and too dumb to produce anything interesting.

That's quite unfortunate. Sadly I think this thread has basically died out; it has potential as a topic but the cows are just all the same and boring to boot. On to the next topic, I guess...
