Yaba, per her own posts, has claimed that Jessie was a drug addict long before Yaba had children with him. From what Yaba has said and public records, this was a generational issue within Jessie’s family and his mom or dad (or 2 moms or 2 dads, I’m not sure which it is now) enabled and supported his drug habit and criminal lifestyle.

If the court were involved, Yaba could have fought for supervised visitation, which he would be required to pay for. Or no visitation until he went through rehab and subject him to random and frequent drug tests.
