My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Try not to take it so hard! I feel your pain . . . we all do . . . but our delicious consolation is knowing that this utterly worthless shitstain will remain in the hoosegow for awhile longer. I just hope the white knights and enablers won't continue sending money to his commissary account.

By the way: Someone asked yesterday, in another thread, if Chris receives his SSI payments while he's in jail, or whether possibly he receives the back payments when he gets out. The answer to both questions is no. When he gets out, he'll have to re-apply for benefits, all over again.

Yeah, but the Farms still wouldn't be the same without him. He is why our dumb little digital treehouse exists in the first place.
lmao i love that nickname, its so fitting; our little digital tree-house haha XD
this also extended into his college years at PVCC. If his altercation with MLW is true and he was talking to 'Sonichu' in front of her, then yeah, Chris would be insane, and he's acted the same ever since.
oh its true, because it took chris almost 6 years to get a 2 year degree, plus it was mary lee walsh who had to deal with him being a dean or assistant dean of the school when his antics caused people to complain , yeah he is further self proving his insanity because he has never even tried to change / learn from his mistakes, hell, he cannot see how in any way that he is the problem, he just keeps doing the saaaame shit time and time again expecting a different outcome : that alone, is the root definition of insanity.

Reactions: muffintop madness
I just called the office. His Hearing is just beginning, but the lady said she was 99.9 percent sure they're keeping it closed from the public. I will call in an hour or so and update.
Thank god somethings finally happening. i was starting to get bored of waiting for something to happen.
Its not protecting the abuser, it's making sure somebody doesn't do something fucking stupid in court, or more likely something that would cause Chris to tard out.

Nah, it's Chris having forsaken himself since he's claimed to be the God, after all.
if there is a hell i guarantee they're saving a place for dear Chris

Untrue. He does not have to reapply for benefits, no matter how long he stays incarcerated, he merely has to send notification of his release (including his release papers) to restart them. His old application is still good. This is because they are SSDI payments, not SSI. (Though SSI is still good if suspended for up to a year).

This is assuming his benefits were shut off in the first place, which is not guaranteed. They are not supposed to be shut off, but they could have been by mistake.

If they WERE shut off, he is entitled to receive all the back months before his conviction.

To all the people saying he's getting off scott free just remember that the fucker has been in jail for 6 months now. How is that scott free?
i agree, but because its chris, if he is let off , he will just think that he was in jail as a mistake. you know '' wrongfully accused'' a political prisoner'' you know chris is narcissistic enough to think that unfortunately, which means, he still will not see that he has ever done anything wrong, he needs a long harsh sentence . for everyone's sake : the guy has been a nuisance for decades and he is a predator with a history of violence , harassment, borderline stalking , and sexually inappropriate behavior.

chris gets ssi, he never worked long enough to get the ssdi, ssi is what most disabled, mentally ill adults get unless they have worked a certain length of time to qualify for the ssdi which can pay slightly more , it still sucks though . so many people want to live off of ssi and such, and others are trying their damnedest to get off of it and be in a position to not need it.

Not surprised, but at this point, a verdict almost doesn’t matter. Any more continuances and it’s pretty much a served sentence, lighter than he deserves sure, but more than enough to put the “Teflon Tard” moniker to bed.

Knowing that you will spend your birthday all alone behind bars with only a tray of prison slop has got to be a pretty depressing thought. I'm sure Chris will find a way to pretend he's really celebrating his birthday in CWCville then imagine Magi-chan, Cryzel, and Barbie-chan giving him a special birthday treat.
That's probably close to what Chris Chan's 40th birthday would look like on the outside, too.

UPDATE: Chris is getting another continuance. There is no date yet. They were unable to give me the case number or state the nature of the case.
(I miss the nice lady from this morning).
I will call tomorrow to see if I can find us a date! Until then, looks like he's stuck in a cell unless he gets the portal working.
It's like I'm psychic.

How long can they keep him in there on continuance? Cause I thought there's a limit to how long they can keep you confined without a conviction let a lone a trial.
