Thanks for letting me discover that the Assistant Superintendent of Schools in Greene County was "Ray Dingledine". In 1990 he was promoted to Superintendent, and he only retired in 2020. Therefore when Chris was at Nathanael Greene Elementary School, held down and had his screams recorded, and was fondled by the principal, it was all presided over by a Mr. Dingledine.

Any idea what that additional charge might be? I can think of a few things that could be laid on him in circuit court, but nothing that J&DR could throw at him. I'm not saying there isn't anything, just that I can't think of it. The prosecution might try to charge him with multiple counts of incest, but that would be stretching IMO. It's a lot easier to prove that incest has occurred than to prove individual, specific acts of incest.
