Oh yes. It's not only good evidence. It's the lack of remorse and his defensiveness that's going to really fuck him over. It'd be like a murderer saying they killed someone because it was the right thing to do and they'd do it again.

Which is another reason Chris' psyche never fails to astound me. Any sane human being would have the foresight to consider that maybe one day those letters would come back and bite him on the ass. He knew full well that what he was writing was going to be uploaded onto the internet for all to see.

I thought for sure he would have plead out. Did he really tell his lawyer that he wouldn’t accept a deal? When will we know what the charges are?
I'm willing to bet he pulled a Baked Alaska and said something like "yeah I wanna plea guilty because I want them sweet deals, but ya know, I'm not really guilty"

With all of his god powers, wonder if Chris saw this coming? He will claim he did, but that last jail letter said different...

Stupid question for law fags: does Chris remain in jail until the next trial?
There's some question as to that. I hope he gets thrown in actual prison at this point, the fucking mom rapist piece of garbage.

"yeah I wanna plea guilty because I want them sweet deals, but ya know, I'm not really guilty"
That is called an Alford Plea, and most judges reject those, as do many prosecutors. They want to hear you say that you are guilty and admit to your crime, if nothing else for procedural reasons.

Big difference between insanely stupid and criminally insane. Which normally means you were unable to determine if your actions were right or wrong.

Chris has shown lucidity with his phone call to Bella, his knowingly secretiveness with Null in his texts, and how he even defends his actions and shows no remorse in the jail letters.
Incest would be easy to prove, but rape gets trickier. There’s only one real witness: Barb herself. Can you see her taking the stand against Chris? Even if she was lucid enough to testify, would she? I doubt it.

Also, given her mental state, her literally asking Chris for sex and/or isn’t out of the question. And that’s where Chris being a retard comes into play because he doesn’t understand how dementia works and what their confused state can lead them to do. Chris may have honestly thought that Barb was a willing participant.

GODDAMNIT RETARDS, PLEASE READ THIS:

A Grand Jury is *NOT* the jury you go before at trial. The defendant doesn't go before a grand jury. The *CHARGES* go before a grand jury and they decide whether or not to indict on a felony (the answer is always yes).

It just means they're gonna charge Chris with a felony. It doesn't mean it's going to trial. It doesn't even mean he's going to get convicted of a felony, it just means he's charged with one and they want to keep him in jail.

Chris probably either fucked up his plea agreement, or the agreement requires he be charged with a felony. Alternatively, Heilberg really was stalling the probable cause hearing.

We'll find out a lot more soon because he's going to Circuit Court, which is not kept secret like J&DR is.

It's probably the same charge, just allowed to be a felony now. Either Chris fucked up a deal, or the prosecutor will only accept a deal that involves a felony conviction.

Chris will be in jail at least until he is sentenced -- they can hold him for years now before trial if need be. It could be a week with a plea deal, it could be many months if it goes to trial.
Thank you but I guarantee we will have to suffer through several dozen more pages of people not understanding what a grand jury is.

OK sorry blood pressure went up at everyone assuming Chris is going before a jury now.

Here's my take explained a bit better in order of how likely I think they are:

1. Chris didn't take a deal, or fucked up by misbehaving when it was being discussed in court. The prosecution pulled the trigger on felony charges to make good on the threat, or at least to keep him in jail. There still could be a misdemeanor deal in circuit court, but now he's in way more jeopardy.

2. There *IS* a deal but it involves pleading guilty to a felony. Chris has to be sent to circuit court for this to happen, so the deal will happen very soon. This means him being indicted is mostly just procedural.

3. They always intended to zap him with a felony, but Heilberg somehow was able to stall the preliminary process for an entire year hoping to get a better deal for Chris.

I am seriously looking forward to finding out whether or not this lunacy is due to Chris, the fat retarded pervert rapist that he is, actually refusing a deal.
I'm guessing that's exactly what happened. I bet his lawyer told him exactly what he needed to agree to, which was admit to a crime and get let go with time served and when the judge asked him to plead guilty he refused to. Probably threw a funny tantrum too.

There was an old saying from way back when regarding Chris and any plans that revolve around him. Whatever plans you might have for Chris he will inevitably fuck it up somehow. Bet his lawyer is learning that one the hard way right about now, if he even gives a fuck.

Even if Chris thought she was willing, the very fact that she is not mentally capable herself makes it involuntary, I'd imagine.

It's very possible no plea has been offered yet. Especially since this has been bumped to Circuit. I'm guilty of assuming this was going to be a misdemeanor "No Contest" sentencing today with time served, but it looks like the prosecutor was sitting on upgraded charge(s). We have to wait for the grand jury's indictments to see what he's now charged with.

Don't lie to these tards.
A grand jury is just like a regular jury, except there is a requirement of being 6'4" or taller or 400lbs+.

All the more reason to send Chris to prison/mental hospital: When the jury finds out Chris doesn't know how pleas work, can't make sound decisions, can't take care of himself and knows he's a threat to himself and others (cutting himself and hurting/raping Barb), the jury in good conscience can't allow to Chris to return to public life.
Being profoundly foolish isn't the same as being legally insane. In May, Chris went to be evaluated for competence to stand trial. Now he is being set up to be charged with a serious felony. That should tell you that insanity and group homes aren't in the cards for him any more.

The thing we aren't considering (yet) are the weens... If the Trump brouhaha has taught us anything, it's that being close to criminals without being an actual criminal yourself doesn't mean you're free to skip through the daisies. Every ween who documented Chris talking about banging mom or wrote him letters in prison had better be ready for the subpoenas to arrive. It's time for all the weens to start lawyering up. They are going to be dragged out into the public.

I know that, but I don’t think Chris knows that.

Plus, his lawyer just has to use the autism card; that’s been the most reliable defense Chris has has and that’s the easiest way to do it.
This is an uneducated guess, but I imagine that if it basically comes down to autism vs. dementia, the court is gonna side with dementia's side and slap Chris with a rape charge.
