It's Cum, not Come? Shit.
Fun fact: Quiet Riot were tired of being told to write radio hits in rapid succession, and intentionally made "COFTN" as vulgar and off-putting (singing off-note and playing badly tuned instruments) as they could get away with.
They're still in awe at how a musical shitpost became one of their defining songs.

Good luck with that, getting all perfects for dancing will be a nightmare.
There's the OG Loc mission early on in the game with dancing. Apparently, you don't need "Perfect" per se, just get a high score of 2500. I'm sure I could abuse the checkpoint system. Worse case scenario, I'll have to find a club.

One fan-favorite feature of the classic GTA games is the cheats. Input a code and you’ll see tanks fall from the skies, riots break out on the streets, or your bank balance swelling with freshly deposited dollars.
For the remasters, some of these cheats have been removed due to technical reasons.

>no pedestrians rioting
>no tanks
>no infinite money

It’s almost as if they’re trying to get rid of most of the fanbase by not even having the most memorable cheat codes in the game. I’ll be shocked if they somehow try to neuter down the God Mode cheat that’s supposedly in the new edition.

Im going to believe them purely because there is no logical way to make money from removed cheats , it was probably a actual issue with the engine and not them being evil

I assume they removed the riot cheat because it can break your playthrough if you save with it enabled, which people have done since time immemorial.
Since it changed all ped behavior, certain missions become unbeatable and certain things will never trigger.
Most notable example is at the end of Burning Desire, where Denise will never go inside her house at the end of the mission, and instead join the rioting. Problem is that the camera will not yield control back to the player until Denise is inside, and the cheat makes that virtually impossible. Thus, soft-lock.

Once you've saved the game with this cheat enabled, there is no way to disable it except by beating the main story and having the ped behavior overwritten.
It seems like GSG would rather people get mad about less cheats than have R* PR grill them about why tards are @'ing them on twitter and on their website about how their game doesn't work anymore because they can't read the huge warning that tells you NOT to save a game with cheats enabled.

Okay, I've gotten five achievements out the way after completing Ryder. And won a game of pool. I wish you could disable autosave like you could in previous GTAs. You can't even delete your autosave either.

Huh, there's me thinking that it was just a Noddy Holder impersonation.

It's ok, least they made up for it with the Konami Big Head code

Someone got paid to make this

I'm sure you're right about the radio succession,
but cum on feel the noise is a cover, the original is by band called Slade in 1973.

Ok I’ll admit it. I was seriously considering getting this on the switch. Stupid senseless changes and soulless corporate shilling aside, I’m out of my house a lot and the thought of having GTA everywhere I go was very compelling. But I held myself to the limits I set for all switch games I actually buy: it has to run well. Most of my switch library is either proprietary IPs (Breath of the Wild) or semi-decent ports that play well (Doom, Quake, that awesome shmup Jets n Guns, etc). I’m not pulling my hair out because I’m playing a switch downgrade at 480p and 20 fps like fucking Witcher 3.

Imagine my disappointment when the switch release of GTA turned out to be exactly that. Shame, I was really looking forward to some SA during my breaks…

EDIT: Wow turns out I bought the iOS version of all 3 GTA games 10 years ago. And they run fine! Granted I have to deal with touch controls and a 30 fps cap, but it runs great and the resolution is nice and high. Definitely not wasting money on the remaster now.
