Weird thing about modern R* is that both the story modes of GTA5 and RDR2 and their multiplayer components are polar opposites.
Their single player player components have a lot of detail, writing, gameplay systems and depth put into them and have monetization models on-par with 7 gen games, just preorder bonuses (fancy vehicles, fancy guns, extra cash and throwaway side missions) that all have zero bearing on whether or not you can get 100% completion in the story and can be easily outclassed by shit acquired in-game.
Their multiplayer components on the other hand are the epitome of scummily designed, nickel and dimed, barely functional multiplayer dreck.
