I have great hope for the app, but Alphabet is going to fuck Louis in the ass with legal trouble.
Still worth $10 tho
Look up FUTO. It's the nonprofit a billionaire founded that Rossman splits his time working for. Rossman has previously stated, while grinning, his boss is more than willing to fund legal challenges from (((Google))). There was bs about the vanced stuff, and they didn't have the money this has.

Plus, I forget if it was vanced or newpipe or something similar, but a real defense one of those used is "we didn't break ToS because we never agreed to the ToS". Specifically about like API ToS violations. If you scrape a site and don't actually use the API and API keys then they can go fuck themselves.

80% of teens are on iPhones in the US so unfortunately this is gonna need to be in the faggot apple app store. At least until the EU cucks keep tim cook from his daily molesting of a young boy and apple caves and there are actual alternative app stores. I'll setup altstore just for this for family though.

So far this thing is awesome. Being able to sub to youtube and twitch people without needing to log into accounts is great.
Now it just needs to be able to play live twitch instead of only vods and this thing would be perfect.
EDIT: Oh hey it does on the main page. Just not when you go to a twitch streamer's specific page after searching. Ahhhhh ads on live twitch, though.

Dead ass honest? He's being overly optimistic. The people coming after this own senators.

OTOH Its $10 goddamn dollars. That's less than a month of Youtube premium for more features, so if the program works for over a month its in the black - and a good legal defense can stall for a year with motions.

I'm not sure about the license they're using, but can't open-source projects just be forked when the main version is killed? I'm pretty sure that's what happened with youtube-dl and yt-dlp.

The pricing model sounds a lot like old-timey shareware. When I get a bit of free time, I'll install GrayJay and give it a go. If I'm still using it after a month, then I'll happily pay $10 to encourage FUTO to keep making software like this.

Yes, but the issue here is that JewTube will keep trying to outsmart downloaders. So Jewggle's lawyers kill it, and it shambles on for another 6 months or so and then you have software that could work if someone fixed the bit to download the data.

Pretty groundbreaking idea, love it. Will try it and pay for it if it works well.

Anyone using it: whats the ad situation like?

Based Louis Rossmann, app seems handy so far. i paid for winrar and I shall pay for this as well.
Just dicking around with it for now, it seems to work comparable to revanced and more stable than the odysee app. For something that just came out I'm really impressed.
