It also ended up exposing even more of the embarrassing, reputation destroying (even more so than it already was) shit that Russ has been up to. Such as the exact details of his brothel shuck and jive in Winnemucca and other Nevada towns. If he hadn't have started this lawsuit and pulled all the shifty, unethical bullshit he has during the course of it (such as lying about having an "important business meeting" the same day as the telephone conference and wanting to reschedule it when he knowingly arranged the meeting with the Winnemucca city counsel on a day he knew he had an important conference with the court long in advance) then neither Hardin nor we would have had any real reason to go sleuthing for the information, recordings, transcripts, and emails regarding his dealings with Winnemucca. We wouldn't have found out about the slimy shit he tried to pull with them, such as wanting to claim other people's property under eminent domain to have it transferred to Russhole so he could start his dream brothel. As always, he did all this to himself. The only thing Shit-Lips is a victim of is his own stupidity, hubris, and ego.

I'm pretty sure there are no actual deadlines at this stage, except that if Hardin is going to respond to Greer's latest sanctions motion, he needs to do so within 14 days of the motion, so he has until the 29th. The District Judge said Greer would be ordered to pay an additional $500 if he failed to pay the $1000 on time, but didn't give any dates or deadlines for past that (and he has yet to issue that $500 order with any deadlines of its own). The Magistrate hasn't given any dates for when he plans to rule on all the other open matters, of which there are many. We wait upon the pleasure of the judges.

My gut tells me that the judges are just trying to get all their saggy-faced ducks in a row to kill this thing off for good and ensure it won't survive any appeals process so it won't come back to haunt them. I've never bought into the whole "The judges are totally tardguarding Russ because Mormons! And they hate Kiwi Farms!" or whatever. Yes, they've made questionable calls, but I'm sure they had their reasons for making those calls that weren't trying to protect Russhole as much as possible because they have some vendetta against this website. They're old boomers and I doubt they know what this website is about, nor do they care one way or another.
