Is this a good or a bad thing? I like to think it's a good thing because it means subconsciously the court is looking at Shitlips like he's the one who got dragged into court over something he (allegedly) did.
I think it's bad. It plays into the poor helpless retard narrative.

Not to mention the name is a dumpster fire. Surefire way to make people avoid something, put Fed in the name.
Ain't that the truth. One might even say it was a deliberate choice to use such a shit name.

Seems that Hardin has finally had enough of rusty's shit which is very very very very very funny to see. I do worry this might regenerate the tard shield a bit (Hardin didn't even remind him about the upcoming deadline or sign off with "Best", the horror!). If that sounds ridiculous consider that the clerks are calling shitlips the defendant because he's such a pitable, worthless retard he couldn't possibly be the moving party.

Then again no one has unlimited patience, even Hardin, and we don't get to see all their correspondence. Maybe something even more egregious happened behind the scenes.

JFC what is wrong with America, in Europe one-day transfers are just free. Are you telling me that every salary, fee or purchase costs you either 10$ in banking fees or 3% in credit card fees.
America has a bunch of early-designed solutions, which have entrenched players, so it's hard to get modern better ones active.

It's the same reason America has shit cell service and Afghanistan will have 5G or some shit.

ACH = automated clearing house; read: digital checks. This processes in a day or two, but some banks are pretty damn fast. Used for almost everything from paychecks to paying bills, etc. Can both push AND pull money (because it's a digital check). Literally based on automating how banks used to reconcile and clear checks. Lots of safeguards, and can be relatively easily "undone" or clawed back in case of error.

Wire = telegraph for money basically. It's nearly instantaneous. But it's also really hard to undo. Costs money to use (though you can get free wires in many ways). Used to literally be someone in Chicago calling New York and saying "put some money here, we're good for it you know it."

If russ really wanted to pay he could have sent a check to Hardin to the court and let them figure it out.

Literally every option is exceedingly optimistic.
By the way it's going I wouldn't be surprised if the judge just goes "we'll temporarily waive those sanctions until after the trial so we can advance past discovery and get the trial going, we've wasted enough time"

I know this is nuclear levels of jinxing so i'm gonna find some aerogel to knock against to make it physically impossible to happen

The judge could very well deny the motion by the end of this week for all we know.

Friday's a holiday. I'm not holding my breath for anything to be resolved this week, but who knows.

I think "the 10th Circuit" should be the center square. Also maybe put "oddly" in place of "demand for recusal," has he ever demanded a judge recuse himself? I also feel like "Sir" should be in there somewhere.

It will take a least a month as there are also several motions for sanctions that the court also needs to consider. I'm more curious how long it will take the district judge to set another payment deadline and what additional penalties will be threatened. I'll wager he doesn't do anything until next week and that Greer gets until the end of the month and this time it's $1,000, but I'll laugh if the amount manages to creep back to (or even exceed) the original $5,000 that the magistrate awarded which could happen if we get two months of double or nothing from the district judge in the time it takes for the magistrate to make his ruling.
