He definitely helped push my love for Merchant Ivory films and British men with blonde hair. It's a shame he didn't get the career that Hugh Grant did when they were both working for Merchant Ivory.

That's him in Howards End. He's more well known by his fans for Maurice, because it was him and Hugh Grant.


I'm a sucker for the Merchant Ivory films but it's also because I love period films. Tbh I love male actors in period wear.
 
I've been binging Russian cinema over the past few weeks after my classes and I think Ivan Yankovskiy might be one of the most attractive men I've ever seen.

Not a bad looker. Like I said, I love men in period films and wear. It adds to the attractiveness to me. Before I saw his name, I legit thought it was Aaron Taylor Johnson in Anna Karenina.

Speaking of Johnson, I know he was some kind of heartthrob, but I've only found him attractive in Anna Karenina and Albert Nobbs. I think he's unattractive in everything else.

Both of them were really handsome (I also find it funny that even though they were cousins, they look like twins)
 
I like Ralph Finnes, his voice and presence. I don't like horror and gore and jumpscare-slop, but I loved the newest 28 Years later, for Finnes' performance as Dr Ian, the last in a 100 mile radius, with a laser focus on mending the world. I find him incredibly hot at 63. I really shouldn't post this.
