What happened to a lot of their articles?

I went to see if I can find the old Guilty Gear article and it's gone. SMT has nothing anymore and that was one of their bigger older articles, despite there still being a link to the SMT page on the site itself:

Speaking of hg101 reviews, they’re still shitty as ever. With old inappropriate content or without.

For example, the sad cunts enjoy going on about old tech. But they never really write anything remotely informative or interesting. It’s just Wikipedia-level, shallow, copy pasted babbling.

How did SNES and Genesis manage to run first person shooters. How did they store those graphics in flight sims, if the only thing they had were sprites. How did Sega 32x work, why did PSX have those wobbling graphics.

Another example is artwork. All those ‘reviewers’ manage to ejaculate is ‘Omg those three pixels are drawn by hand and scanned onto computer’.

Reading that kind of ‘journalism’ makes it obvious it was written by someone highly incompetent and uneducated.

Those retards simply copy paste 20 years old stuff from fan sites.

Most of the episode is devoted to the tranny character in the game and how it's problematic and toxic. Their guest, Chris Hatala, laments that he was raised conservative and only encountered troons via DDR and the FGC but grew up and did better to accept them. Everyone on the episode flagellates themselves over this segment. I also came across a review that references the Goemon drama.

What was wrong with Erica? Other than maybe keeping her transitioning a secret from Tobi, she seemed cool.

The Japanese tend to do a pretty good job at creating characters who are more than surface level shit, so I never know what exactly makes a "gOoD" trans character with these freaks, especially when shit like that weirdo character in the new Dragon Age is apparently what the modern audiance wants and that thing comes across as nothing more than a asshole bully.

That the friends make fun of Tobi having a crush on Erica and vaguely taunting him about how he became a she, so the hosts call the characters "grubby" boys for making fun of Eric/a and that compared to Vincent, is the only one who has their life together. There's also talk of Persona 4/5 and how 4 is bad since Naoto doesn't become a pooner and that the reissue of P5 Royal "fixes" the scene where the effeminate gays hit on one of the characters and how the creator of the series has a problematic past.
