Chris is known for his aversion to travel beyond his immediate surroundings. So has he ever stepped aboard an airplane in his life?

Chris has only been out of his state two or three times on road trips and has never left the country, so I don't think he's ever set foot in an aeroplane. Probably not even been to an airport for that matter.

He's been to California to visit Cole, so he must have flown. I can't imagine Borb would have done a cross-country road trip.

Imagine how the car would smell after days of the Chandler clan incubating in it. :briefs:
Also my heart goes out to the poor bastards that must have been on the plane with them. Although Chris probably played his Game Boy the whole time, completely oblivious to the fact that he was thousands of feet in the air.

I'm fre-free to fly as a bri-bir-bird, as a bird, and this bi-bird you cannot-not, cannot change! Hmmmm *Sigh*

I could totally see the Chandlers going full redneck and just driving to California "jes' a save ta moneys"

Nothing like driving 10,000 miles to save $50.

This topic is relevant to my interests. I was on a flight once where an autistic child raged so hard they had to return to the gate.

I assume the plane never took off, then. How old do you think he/she was?

Chris has flown.

"Chris: Mmm... Yeah I thought of visiting another country, but you know it's uh expensive. I mean uh, I went- I mean uh I've only traveled on airplane one time. It was to fly all the way to California to visit my uh, half brother Cole Smithey who has a website ColeSmithey.com."

He looked about 13-14. He had one of those puberty mustaches. Him and his mom were escorted off the plane and we left like 15 mins later without them.

Plane? Yes.

Self? When he slipped in cat poo.

Goddamn, that sucks for you and them. I wonder what he was freaking out about?

If I recall, Cole lived in California when Chris was pretty young. I wonder if he even remembers the flight.

"ENJOY YER FOOD."
Is trying to fuck his mom...?

As for the topic, I can imagine Chris freaking out when he looked out the window.

He'd never make it past the TSA checkpoint. The voyeurs in the scanning booth would flag him as a possible terrorist the moment his bent pickle crossed their screen.

The trip to California was pre 9-11 (I assume) and back then Chris looked more normal and also behaved more normally.

If Chris were to take a flight now, I can only see disaster. I think he would have a issue with the security patdowns, especially if the searcher was a man. He would claim that the security agent was homogay or something and get belligerent.

If he made it on the plane, I imagine he would be an annoyance to the other passengers because we all know how he feels about rules. Suppose a flight attendant told him he had to turn off his iPhone, or that his vidya were too loud, or some such, I can see him just sitting there and ignoring anyone who tried to enforce the rules on him, like he did at that store or whatever when he was told to move the chair he was sitting on.

This is really unrealistic. Chris has seen tv, he knows what happens in an airport. He'd maybe stress sigh, tops.

Well, I am sure that he would bitch about it on FB, like he did these people who told him to move his chair. You're right Marvin, he would comply. But I see him doing minimal compliance, not making eye contact with the security agents and etc, and then on FB he would exaggerate the incident because this is Chris.
