You control a country. It's pretty easy to do, you've got it down to a nice routine of bread and circuses with the odd snap of the whip to keep the people in line. Then suddenly, a new tool appears that lets everyone find out pretty much anything they want. The thing spreads fast, driven in equal parts by greed, porn, and idealism (don't laugh, it was a thing back then).
What do you do? Ban it - forget it, it's everywhere now. Regulate it - you can try, but laws go to the highest bidder, this thing is really fucking profitable and since it's worldwide, there's always going to be holes. So you overload it - not the actual information systems, but the fucking users. Drown the fuckers in soup. Force them to use it, make it easy for them! So easy that they can't think, just react.
And then you have control again.

Same thing happened (although at a slower pace) when printing presses were developed. Do you really think the push for almost universal literacy during the 1800s was benevolent?

A few isolated wins against the neverending tide of leftist insanity does not count as "shifting to the right." Like did you know that the UK is opening DOZENS of new gender clinics to replace the famous one that closed? Just because they now have to wait until kids turn 18 to chemically/physically castrate them doesn't mean much in the grand scheme of things. They will still groom children, and you will still accept that a hairy man in a dress is a true and honest woman.

1- There is no shift towards abandoning woke for traditionalism. This is just not happening. They may put the brakes on woke so as to consolidate their shit. They don't intend to go a step back in things like abortion, LGBT rights, nigger cocksucking, muslim simping or general ethnic replacement.

2- Rishi Sunak is only saying these things because he happens to be a fucking pajeet at the front of the Conservative Party that is plummeting in the polls because they've been deranged faggots spitting on their constituents for too long.

Like it or not, British conservatives wanted Johnson and they voted Johnson. They absolutely did not want Theresa May, they are not happy with the bait and switch gay-ops to install the poo in Downing Street and they are not exactly happy with Poos obviously and openly taking over the United Kingdom as they currently occupy the position of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, First Minister of Scotland and Prime Minister of Ireland, for that matter.

A lot of British conservatives might vote Tory to keep the crazies such as David Lammy or Diane Abbott out of the Government, but a lot more will probably think that there isn't really much difference between this Conservative Party and a Keir Starmer government and just allow Labour to win.

3- Woke is far from dead in the UK, and if you think it is you either don't live in the UK or you live in an extremely sheltered bubble. Woke is everywhere in the UK with virtually no opposition at all, and the Labour being expected to reach Downing Street soon isn't exactly a good indicative that things are going to change if you know anything about the sort of things Labour is championing nowadays.
