The Ottoman Empire (the predecessor of Turkey) was imperialistic and colonialistic. It colonized Hungary and the Middle East, so basically he talks with his privileged perspective and is not allowed to have a opinion based on the laws of a lot of weirdos on the internet and especially Twitter.

The reason is that he has more power (besides his White Privilege) and is fascist, if he insults a less privileged ethnicity or dares to talk about the feelings of Middle Eastern or East European people (who his ethnicity colonized).

He reverses the usual talking points, that he makes on other topics, probably, because he cannot benefit from it.

IF a less privileged person criticizes a privileged person on the other hand, this will be ok. So Hasan cannot criticize him for his ethnic identity, but Adam something can criticize Hasan for his ethnicity, which he did not even do. Or am I wrong?

I do not see it this way. But that is basically the talking point of the laws of racism of a lot of left parties most of the time.

That being said I am a fan of Hassan because he does more for the capitalists then most content creators can ever do. Hasan is, in my view, the ur-example of someone who legitimately does not have either the imagination or the critical thinking to know what to do with success. He's an actually successful political streamer on multiple platforms and has a colossal audience relative to his field of streaming. A lot of content creators would probably kill for even half of his success.

But it's very plain that he has little idea what to do with the money he makes or the popularity he has beyond drooling consumerism. He paid for a mansion in California. He's got a Porsche in the driveway. The backdrop of his streams is littered with expensive crap. Even with all this, he gives no indication of plans of expansion or that he has any direction besides wallowing in the shallows of content creation. The collection of nice crap grows bigger, and he gets beefier PC hardware every so often, but that's it. No plans for IRL expansion like political activism or charity work, or even mainstream media appearances. He gives no indication of what he plans to do with his channel or the content he makes. His streams are just hours of him sitting in a chair, sometimes not even that, and whining over contemporary politics or attempting to start beefs with other creators. I'm convinced a large chunk of his audience are there for the same reason people went to freak shows.

It was mentioned earlier in the thread but hasan is the black guy from the "15 million merits" black mirror episode. Capitalism is so effective that it managed to commodify anger at capitalism. And he knows about it, but still doesnt distance himself from it. It ok to be Muslim but you have to distance yourself from the racism in the religious books, otherwise you are a racist. Their argument tends to be that Islamic slavery wasn't nearly as dehumanizing as chattel slavery because it wasn't based on race and was primarily limited to sexual slavery and household slavery by the 19th century, which is obviously bullshit since blacks were some of the primary slave groups and were consistently viewed as racially inferior, and harems and eunuchs are still incredibly dehumanizing.

Still, it does explain why Hasans so okay with going to German brothels, since it's part of his heritage as a turk to fuck women from eastern Europe who are little more than sex slaves.
