I actually got into reading Sonichu a lot slower than TAS would have you believe. I started out (probably with the Audiobooks) with the big and infamous issues - #8 & #10. Then I got a bit more into it and I first ran into some of the other fairly famous scenes and I realized I probably ought to read the whole issue it came from for context (like reading all of Sonichu 2 for Wes-li Sun-ichu and the "during the stone age" line, all of #4 for the Straw of Fail). Then I got into the original Annotated Sonichu, realized it was never coming back, and I decided I wanted to contribute something to the Christorical Community ('cause try as I might I still can't draw a webcomic) and the rest is history. (since then I've read the comic in its entirety an embarrassing number of times.)

No, I can't tolerate the walls o' text. But I've seen the Webcomic Relief summary of it, which works if you can get over the whiny Dane.

Yes. I've read through the entire thing a couple of times now. But I usually stop at Issue 10 because after that it stops being entertainingly bad and devolves into just being a terrible webcomic that is stupidly boring to read.

At least Sonichu 1-10 had something resembling a traditional overarching plot, unlike the bollocks we get today (and for which morons are paying a lot of money per page) which boils down to a screed on whatever Chris's latest "interest" is, with just enough Sonichu in the background to satisfy trade description legislation.

Much like Chris himself, the comic used to be a lot more interesting.
