It's full-body shots like this when you truly absorb just how big she really is. Sure, you can tell someone she's over 500 LBS. People know that that's morbidly obese and they can imagine it. But when you see what it looks like, you're hit with a harsh wave of realization. Just the width of her upper-arm is more wide than a standard-sized car tire.
It doesn't justify the shitty things she does, of course. It's just always pretty sobering when you see it.
