I fucking hate the writing in this show. You could've had something genuinely interesting but no. What is this?
When I first saw pictures from this show I thought it would be something similar to Invader Zim, but it's just really immature dick n secks jokes one after the other. Even Rick and Morty is better than this lowbrow fucking garbage. This shit is only popular because losers want to fuck the cartoons.

Did he use that song for his strange love quest for two years? The plot thickens.
Yeah, so, I'm a little confused on the timeline. The main post says that it was a 6 month gap between two rap battles, so I assumed that the animation took that long. Maybe it took longer? Or... he was planning this for a long time, which I suppose makes sense. I don't think anyone would just up and drop everything one day for this.

Its called "his dark materials".

Some autistic euphoric atheist in Britain was ass blasted about how C.S. Lewis was a beloved children's author, so he set about to create an "anti-chronicles of Narnia". Which was about as spiteful and yet strangely engrossing as Game Thrones was as a big middle finger to Tolkien.

In "His Dark Materials", God was just the first sentient being to be formed from "Dust" and by the time of the story is literally a dementia ridden old fart being kept in a golden cage by Metatron, the most powerful of the Angels who rules in his name as Steward. Leading to all sorts of fuckery that is too complicated to go into. But the tl;dr "SPOILERS" is that the heroes discover Hell is not a place for the damned, its literally just a holding pen to prevent the dead from returning to Dust, which is some new age Buddhist fucky wucky mcguffin that supports all the timey wimey space and shit. So the heroes go on an interdimensional quest to kill Metatron and his angels, and allow God to finally die, which in turn allows all of Hells prisoners to escape and return to dust.

So that we can all be one with the universe again or some shit.
And if you really want to get into the abstract, the whole 'God, heaven, demons, hell exist but aren't like it says in the bibble!!" thing was likely done in Shin Megami Tensei, the patron saint of JRPGs in which regular people can somehow end up killing God, before the first of that fedora saints books were published. Not that I'd even assume it were the first, either, but just that Philip wasn't the first to this game, either. First game was in late 1987 but I'm not sure how much plot it really had.

Also bland delivery, it's like the VA for "Adam" thought that doing an impression of Rick Sanchez would make his character quirky and interesting.
Funny you should say that, because for a while Rick Sanchez was used as the point of reference for Husk's voice of all people.

(Come to think of it, a lot of these early visions of HH characters' voices are interesting to look back upon after both the pilot, and the pilot crew getting axed.)

You can’t out troll Null with the Terry Davis copypasta, nor can you deny the state of “kid-ult” animation.
