They see gays as inoffensive and/or cute, especially the more effeminate they get, since they mimic them and have no sexual interest in them. When in reality, faggots will probably be worse to them than any regular straight guy by manipulating that irrational trust for other reasons. I've seen it happen repeatedly and fag hags never learn even if they acknowledge and understand how common it is.

Especially if the "gay" guy is actually a closeted bisexual, or if their homosexuality is less their "orientation" and more "addictive behavior"

That's always kind of bugged me too. Why no interactions between Stella and Octavia? Is it that Vivz just can't actually write realistic interactions between females? Why is Octavia on good terms with Stella if she's just so evil? Is Stella really horrible and evil? Or is she a mistreated woman who has been horribly vilified for being the wife of a misogynistic fag?

Uh, no. If HH and HB had stuck to the premise, that’d actually be a significant improvement.

Y'know what, I'm believing this indefinitely. I don't care if this leak is true or not or if the supposed plot entirely changes from this. This show has become the Stolas Show personified and all Vivziepop cares about is the marketable gay boys and hardly anyone else. I've seen people making these EXACT theories on Tumblr talking about Blitzo being kicked out of Stolas' home.
As I said before, I'm excited for the new episodes, but won't be surprised one bit if my fears and worries of them focusing on Stoliz for all the five episodes comes true.

That's what I'm saying, man. There are countless shows that do the same formula but still are universally loved (Phineas and Ferb and The Fairly Oddparents [until the later seasons and countless reboots lol] are the more popular examples).
So what are they saying? You can do the same plot, formula, and execution over and over again. You just have to know how to do it right so it won't get boring.
There was always something different and new going on in each episode of Phineas and Ferb and The Fairly Oddparents despite they all played the same way. HH and HB can very well get away with doing this, too, so this is an absolutely meaningless thing to critique about because how can the creative concept of an assassination company created by a bunch of imps in hell get boring fast??
Anyone, and I mean, anyone, who says that HB would get boring for doing such an idea that could've been creatively expanded on while still keeping people aware of the formula WHILE still keeping it fresh, are people who completely took Viv's "the pilot isn't canon" tweet to heart. I'm generalizing, yes, but gosh darn it, I'm letting myself slip this time.
HB wouldn't have gotten the recognition it has nowadays if it wasn't filled with woobified (looking at you, Fizzarolli) and gay men sobbing and trickling tears while dramatic reality TV show music plays in the background.

I think the most realistic depiction I’ve seen of the dynamic of a gay father, his daughter, and (former) wife was The Whale. In that film, the closeted gay main character has to come to terms with him having abandoned his family in favor of another man, leaving his daughter and wife resentful and dealing with the issues of the fallout. It’s a heartbreaking, beautiful, even sometimes funny film that tackles the issues and relationships in a mature, believable manner and actually doesn’t glorify the main character because he’s a homosexual. He actually realizes the mistakes he made.
Because Viv is such a fujo coomer she just had to cast the wimpy fag cheating on his wife as the “good guy” and the wife a psycho bitch who’s just trying to get in the way of his “true love”, meanwhile the daughter who’s supposed to be a typical teenager has a completely neutral relationship with her mother, which should indicate that Stella isn’t that bad of a woman…but nah Viv had to double down because she’s a fag hag and realized that Stolas and Blitzo were a popular ship, not realizing that she has only made her character dynamics even more confusing and Stella more likable than that pathetic fuck of her husband.
This is why you get your rocks off before you write your shows, ladies and gents. Not during.

The funniest thing about this fucking show is that it's so dumb pretty much none of the leaks are TOO unbelievable. No matter what they are, there's always a chance, however small, that they might be 100% true. (the original idea for season 2's ending must have been thought of earlier on, though, back when it looked like Stolas actually gave a shit about anything that wasn't sex with Blitzo. Current Stolas would give away his title in the blink of an eye if it meant more gay Imp on owl action.)

It's 2014, when Vivienne was still making her stillborn webcomic, Zoophobia. In the middle of that year, she made her senior thesis film for her college, the School of Visual Arts in New York City. You might've heard of it: Timber.

Yes, Vivienne "Fujoshi" Medrano making a show for kids. I'll let that horrifying thought sink in for a moment......ready to continue class? OK. She was in the middle of making a pilot for it, but apparently the "production company" who was "financing" it ran off with the money she gave them for it.
Now, I personally think this is a crock of shit. What really happened was that Vivienne took a closer look at her story, saw that she, through some holy miracle, didn't create any gay men she could flick her bean to, and quietly cancelled it while making up the "scam production company" story to ward off people asking what happened to it.

I actually wish she had made a family show instead of an adult one. Most of the fans of HH and HB are kids/teens, many of them probably waaaaaay too young to be exposed to swearing and kink shit. At least if she had made a show for children she would have had to temper herself instead of creating a safe edgy adult program with a ridiculously childish plot. Who is this for again??
Viv has amazing talent as an artist and animator. She could have made something great. But she can’t because she’s a lolcow. I always feel immense disappointment when somebody who’s gifted is a piece of shit person who refuses to grow up.
