Happy 500 pages! Wonder if it'll take another five years to reach 1,000. Wonder how her shows will be by then? Still the same, maybe, but far, far worse. I'm glad I could be an active participant in this thread. Really made me more critical towards the series and got me into fully hating on Stolas that even looking at any arts of him leaves me in unease. Thanks a lot, y'all, and I mean that in a good way for making me see how much of a heaping mess these two shows are. lol.

I also think the idea of a sinner being redeemed should be a much bigger deal in heaven, and not just because it means they were wrong about demons. I only thought about it from the "hell" perspective, but, from the angel point of view...if demons can be redeemed and sent to heaven, does that mean angels can sin and go to hell? Obviously there's the Lucifer in the room, but that feels like such a special case I don't think most angels would consider they could get kicked out for anything short of trying to overthrow heaven itself. Paradise is essentially about indulging in all your selfish desires, but what if those desires start to become sinful? I mean, we know some angels are into some pretty violent things based on the exterminations. Even the ones who do it out of a sense of duty might want to question themselves. Especially if they discover Vaggie is there. But even the less violent ones might be questioning if they're indulging in too much greed/gluttony/sloth behavior based on how they live out their heavenly existence. I don't think there's enough there for a full season, but it'd be interesting seeing an episode or two, or even just hearing chatter about how much things are changing in the afterlife.

You're asking too much from this woman. Best off writing your own AU for that instead. We're not getting any memorable character development/worldbuilding anytime soon. Just more fan service and half-baked angst, just the way she wants it to be.

It doesn't count because she was never a villain in the writers' eyes, she's part of the good guys. Just like Angel Dust being owed redemption according to Charlie, despite probably killing hundreds of people between his life as a mafioso and his afterlife fighting in turf wars.

Morality will not be explored when it comes to good guys, in which case it's just a sad backstory. Only when it's the perceived oppressors, aka Heaven, in which case they are irredeemable and horrible monsters for condemning people like Val to eternal Red LA.

The show refuses to actually show the redemption part off redemption. It'll probably be late season two or even early season three when we get a (poorly shown/told) backstory on Angel Dust, and it'll be blaming and blaming left and right and not making him the perpetrator. He had a mean dad who beat him daily! He was forced to be in the mafia, therefore all his actions can be excused! Heck exploring Angel Dust's morals and looking through his own mistakes he made in his human life and seeing how much it reflected his overall personality in Hell. Heck exploring Angel Dust's mafia life and how it influenced his decisions and how it made him feel when he had to kill even the innocent sometimes because the mafia would kill any bystander who was a witness to the crime.

Just give him a sad, angsty backstory with tears and a Dad who probably slaps him like Valentino. That'll get things rolling. Ah, whatever. People with parental issues would complain about it being grossly misrepresented and then everyone with parental issues will get into a turf war with each other on Twitter because how dare Vivziepop not 1000% accurately show parental abuse. I don't know what I'm saying, but you get the point. She won't explore the morals of these characters beyond tears and angst. If she actually did more to express the different interpretations of morality and seeing the real ugliness of how much it can be challenged, that would probably send her into a migraine.

It begins by showing a crossover, and how both series' characters meet in Heaven again, this time because God, the character attatched wants to show a big presentation or something. If you want to be very Hazbinesque, call it a musical number. (Not making it a thumbnail because you got to see it in full glory, lol). This can be expanded upon so the cream of the crop of Hell gets to see: Charlie, Lucifer, Alastor, Paimon, Stolas, etc.

Unrelated but there are so many ways to interpret God in this series and everyone just interprets him as a twink and being no different from all the other casts. The design is really interesting, but again, there are so many better ways to interpret this dude who can be interpreted as literally ANYTHING. ANYTHING and people go with twink design. Vivziepop and her twink designs has been a disaster to Vivzieverse fan designs.

So, I found this clip of Angel Dust's VA (Blake Roman) stating that he thinks the RadioDust ship is hot.

I hope this doesn't mean that Vivzie will be swayed by the VA and some shippers to make Angel Dust's love interest switch from Husk to Alastor. Anything is possible since the Stolitz debacle and its retcons.
(Sidenote; I don't care about the romances in the show, but having a character drastically change them would be just jarring.)

I can't wait for vapid twitter shippers to influence the relationships we see in the show. I've never seen a series more perfect for an AU than these. You are so much better off ignoring the retardedly written canon than you are trying to figure out how any of this makes sense. Can't wait for the Helluva polycule arc courtesy of twitter.

Vivz replaced Michael Kovach with this retarded moron.
He will never replicate the unfiltered energy Michael Kovach had in the pilot.
Yeah, why is that? Why were the original voice actors replaced? I thought that Viv would keep the original cast from the pilot since their VA work contributed significantly to its success. It’s such a dickish move to kick out the people who helped you.

Viv wanted a Broadway cast, that’s pretty much it.

Though Sir Pentious’ VA had to be replaced by necessity due to other circumstances. I think the same would apply for the eggs given how their VA went bonkers too

Already happened with Sir Pentious and Cherri Bomb, he was originally in love with Rosie but then Cherrisnake took off in popularity. So knowing that, anything is possible.

I got my sister and her husband to watch the show (we only got to episode 5), so I could get some perspective from people who have never even heard about the show. Her husband liked the first episode, but then went to bed, so this will be the highlights of her thoughts and opinions:

-First episode especially, she felt that you were just expected to know who these characters were

-When she first saw Alastor, thought that was Charlie's father

-First asked if Vaggie was Charlie's sister, and when I said no, then guess it was her girlfriend

-Was surprised to hear an angel cursing

-Liked most of the songs and singing voices; just felt like they sometimes would pop in out of nowhere (thought that the first episode should have started with a song so it was obvious that this was a musical)

-Thought that Zestial was going to have a more important role in the show

-Asked everytime when a character came on screen if they were the most powerful lol

-Felt the story was unfocused and that it got hard to follow

-Liked the duet between Angel Dust and Husk (thought it was cute)

-Didn't like Lucifer at first, but grew on her because it's explains why Charlie is the way she is

-Loved KeeKee (the cat) and Nifty

-When Mimzy showed up she immediately asked "Why is she here?"

-Thought Lute was going to be revealed as a demon

Those were highlights from what she said. We did watch the pilot and she seemed to like it a lot better. Said it gave her Tim Burton vibes. She also stated that the pilot introduced the characters much better, and thought that the pilot Charlie has a cuter design. She also seemed to like Cherry Bomb and was sad to hear she doesn't come into the show until episode 6.

What if, during the Heaven Episode, one of the people in the court had actually been killed by Angel Dust in life?
Like, they were just in the wrong place at the wrong time and accidentally walked in on Angel taking up the ass, and to keep his sexuality secret from his mob family, AD had him their feet cemented and dumped in the East River?
Can't imagine they'd be too happy at the idea that the guy who killed him should be in Heaven just because his afterlife in Hell sucks.
Does Charlie have any plan for Sinners once they actually reach Heaven?

I know you're right but for the sake of not having awful relationships that make zero sense I hope that doesn't seep into helluva. Not that it hasn't already I guess. Shippers are mad for Loona to be with as many people that make zero fucking sense as possible.

Yeah, Stamper more or less lost his shit entirely, not that he had much of it to begin with.
