So... I guess Seasons 3 and 4 will be fanfiction or season 2 was already a fanfiction?
It will probably end up being fanfiction of fanfiction. S2 was already fanfiction but judging by Sinsmas it's clear that the Stolas whitewashing will be triple downed going forward.
Still saluting Via for finally calling Stolas out for his shit. Say what you will about Stella, but she will forever be the better parent of the two.
Sad thing is as @LucasSomething the scene where Stolas is FINALLY called out for his shit is half-hearted, because Octavia ends up blaming herself for things instead of blaming Stolas, although from a character perspective it does make sense given how we know Octavia blames herself for a lot of shit that isn't her fault.
My only complaints are that I.M.P. suddenly grew a concious but only where gay people are involved
I've wanted an episode where they go after an innocent target for a while (Think something like a murderer who got put to death wanting to get back at the witness that ended up getting him caught, and the witness is just good all-around person), but of course the only time we see this concept carried out IMP instantly decides to call off the hit and more importantly it just has to be a yaoi couple.

I'm so confused about what was up with the client - she's mad that her ex-husband is now with another guy (that he probably cheated with) and took the kids, but if she's dead he would have had the kids anyway, right? Why was she dead and when did she die? She could have been pissed that her ex-husband wasn't doing anything to keep her memory alive for her kids at Christmas or something, but instead she's just an irrational and vindictive bitch standing in the way of precious homo love

Vivzie couldn't even draw the children sad because their mother DIED on christmas. The client is clearly only intended to be an ambiguously homophobic evil strawman with no deep thought put on it.

The whole subplot exists to be a clear parallel to Blitzo and Stolas. Like they really so happen to walk in on an interracial gay couple celebrating christmas, and each guy so happens to have a daughter.

I guarantee if they didn't have daughters or if they didn't have Stolas crying that day, that family would be dead.

Just want to add it's hilarious that Blitzo imagines Octavia in there too, considering unless I'm missing something the two have never even briefly talked to one another, and I'm certain that they haven't had a single one-on-one conversation.

Actually a good episode minus one or two quibbles. Storyline progression, good animation, Octavia is now firmly in our camp. My only complaints are that I.M.P. suddenly grew a concious but only where gay people are involved and that the word "Christmas" didn't make them burst into flames.
I initially thought Millie was throwing up because of the Christmas spirit in the air, but then Moxxie said she was acting strange and realized it was just the pregnancy arc.

Man though, Millie's sudden angst about being pregnant in her loving marriage would certainly hit harder if at any point we were given a hint that this would be a problem for her. People elsewhere seem fine with just shoving in possibilities for why she's upset, but this is a story. Set ups and payoffs. We should actually be able to narrow down why this pregnancy in a stable, loving marriage is a bad thing. Why she doesn't want to tell her husband. Sure there are plenty of reasons why, it would have been nice if Vivzie picked one awhile back, foreshadowed that Millie isn't ready for a pregnancy because of some personal hangup, then we could actually feel what that meant for Millie.

As it stands now it's just... baffling. She seems like she's in as reasonable a place as a demon could be to have a kid. We just don't know her well enough as a character to know why she wouldn't want one. The cart was put before a horse to milk the drama of the situation without actually giving it stakes first.

Millie is such a half baked character, there are hints that there's an actual story to her underneath all the quirky manic murder stuff but we rarely see it. I think it's an admittance of failure that the only idea they seem to have is making her pregnant.

God I'm so sick of this show. When Blitzo couldn't bring himself to kill the gay guy because he saw himself and Stolas in him, the guy he was cheating with and their kids (fucking gag) I almost just wanted to stop watching right there. It should've ended on Stolas crying like a bitch after Octavia called him out. Also Millie being pregnant was obvious as soon as she vomited, what a non-surprise.

For Millie contacting her trans sibling, well I could give slack since sometimes a mother would rather talk to a sibling about it first before telling the rest of the family.

For the pregnancy, I really doubt there is going to be an abortion subplot.

Viv is a shipper, and shippers are into the idea of shipkids so there's no doubt the baby is going to be born.

Not to mention, think of it like this. There could be opportunities for a wacky babysitting episode, especially for the main gay couple who could feel like real dads by watching the baby, or hell even get the trans character to do it too (but lets be real, it'd focus on Stolas, like we are watching the Stolas show right)

Guess that's why they needed to have Millie panicking that she's pregnant, the only character development that Viv and company can write is angst or daddy issues.

I am praying that you’re right on this one. However, I’ve been burned before with similar situations on shows, so I’m going in with high hopes low expectations.

The only explanation I can think of is two episodes back when Millie gave out to Blitzo about him not paying her and Moxxie with it seeming to imply they were struggling to make ends meet. Perhaps both are so work focused that they never had time to think about starting a family.

The smartest choice that anyone on this thread has ever made.
Cheers. I just like to talk with people here about ideas in improving the show and such. Like how would a "mortal kombat"-style game with these characters would be fun solely because we'd have the chance to do fatality on fuckfaces like Alastor, Stolas, Better than Blitzo Guy, Blitzo, Satan, etc.

Right, it makes sense. What's worse is that... it seems no character is relatable? I get that general impression according to responses here. I can't seem to name anyone of the characters here that you can say "man, these characters were memorable because...".

Even in her flanderized form, she never abandoned her daughter to chase dick, unlike a certain narcissistic fag who did that after promising never ever to do that exact thing.

Yeah, Blitzo fucked them over financially recently. I could see that being the cause of her concern. Kind of think they should draw attention to Moxxie just finding a way to get them to tread water, if like, they could avoid another crisis for a few months.

Then Millie realizes she's got a potential little crisis baking in the oven.

It would explain why she would call the sister instead of just talking to Moxxie. Maybe they did want a kid kind of soon, but taking care of their tantrumming boss has set them back. So she needs to angst if she gets the secret abortion to keep Moxxie from fretting about financial ruin or if she parents her husband through becoming a parent, because no one is fully ready.

Millie is sad cause she knows she's written by vivziepop meaning she'll get a Twilight preggo arc where she acts moody for the sake of drama and is pushed to the sidelines, only for Stolas and blitzo to get the single episode taking care of the baby (comedy ensues).

Vivziepop truly has the sanest fandom, wishing physical abuse on a teenager who was abandoned by her cheating fag of a father.
Anyways, came across this. And I am not digging back into tumblr, but I saw one person say “I can only imagine her aborting that thang because it would get in the way of such a dangerous job.”

I really, really, REALLY don’t want to see Viv try to tackle abortion. I’m having flashbacks to what Bojack Horseman (which Viv loves) tried to do. I haven’t listened to the song, because I value my sanity, but I saw the title “Yeet That Fetus, Kill That Fetus” and felt a bit of my soul die.

The implication is that the lives of gay people mean more than anyone elses. Also that Blitzo is a massive hypocrite because it's only a problem when they remind him of himself.

Millie telling just Sallie isn't that outrageous to me since it's not unusual for siblings to confide in one another when they think they've really fucked up, and they don't want to tell the people they should actually tell.

Having said that, I don't think this new baby subplot is going to go well at all.
