I'm reminded of the meme of 1999 spongebob being super pissed at modern spongebob. Pilot blitzo didn't hesitate for a second to shoot eddy in the head when he thought he had carte Blanche to do so, and in episode 1 he told moxxie "no human is innocent, from the day they're sucking at a teat they're parasites."the sudden heel turn Blitzo had in the season 2 finale where he's not fine with killing a gay family he projected himself onto yet was perfectly fine killing people
pilot and season 1 blitz was a cold blooded killer who lived by the assassin's rule numero uno, there are no innocents and everyone is a target, no exceptions.
finale blitzo beacame a total pussy..and for a pair of fudgepackers he vicariously saw a reflection of himself through.
To be fair we don't know if those springbreakers got sent to Hell or not after they were killed. We don't know a lot of the people that IMP have intentionally or unintentionally have killed where they end up besides a few characters. It doesn't help that we don't know what exactly sends someone to Hell or Heaven. With Helluva Boss, it's mostly supposed to be for a laugh. With Hazbin Hotel...I don't know. All the people we see are pretty terrible so you can understand why they would end up in Hell.
I assume it's probably a mix of severity and the quantity of sins. But again, we just don't know. If you have consensual sex out of wedlock once, do you go to Hell? If you steal a candy bar from the local gas station, are you now guaranteed an enteral suffering?
In ghost fucker's the client who hired blitz and Millie as far as we know spoke regularly with a psychic. Which is a big no no in the old testament and the ancient times where so much as thinking you had a dream of something that happens in the future could get you burned at the stake.
Plus i don't know if this was ever followed up in hazbin proper but it's implied in cherub the heaven born hate humans. Sinner or not and will look for any reason to deny them heaven. That means enforcing scripture that really has no relevance anymore. Ergo the psychic thing.
If they could I'm pretty sure the heaven born would enforce the laws of Deuteronomy or leviticus which include such timeless laws as: any son who talks back to his elders will be brought before the village and stoned to death. And of course "a rapist must make his victim his wife and they can never divorce" or "if a wife lies about being a virgin, her husband has every right to put her to death."
