I'm reminded of the meme of 1999 spongebob being super pissed at modern spongebob. Pilot blitzo didn't hesitate for a second to shoot eddy in the head when he thought he had carte Blanche to do so, and in episode 1 he told moxxie "no human is innocent, from the day they're sucking at a teat they're parasites."


pilot and season 1 blitz was a cold blooded killer who lived by the assassin's rule numero uno, there are no innocents and everyone is a target, no exceptions.

To be fair we don't know if those springbreakers got sent to Hell or not after they were killed. We don't know a lot of the people that IMP have intentionally or unintentionally have killed where they end up besides a few characters. It doesn't help that we don't know what exactly sends someone to Hell or Heaven. With Helluva Boss, it's mostly supposed to be for a laugh. With Hazbin Hotel...I don't know. All the people we see are pretty terrible so you can understand why they would end up in Hell.

I assume it's probably a mix of severity and the quantity of sins. But again, we just don't know. If you have consensual sex out of wedlock once, do you go to Hell? If you steal a candy bar from the local gas station, are you now guaranteed an enteral suffering?

I mean the fact she hid this all from every other angel is suspect, the fact she never bothered using any means to investigate despite having a magical crystal ball and the fact its implied Lucifer at least regularly talks to the Angels once a year and she never once explained herself (which like the fact there are diplomatic meetings with Lucifer at all make this stupid if he's supposedly responsible for a Hell uprising) about why the exterminations are happening really dampens any moral highground she has.

The show itself tries to frame Sera as flawed by pulling the card about all the innocent souls that were being slaughtered on her command, instead of the fact she's just dumb as bricks. Hell its implied she knows innocent souls are being killed with how she hid this information from all the other high level angels and feels guilty when Emily knows the truth, as though she knows she's doing something wrong.

Its kinda funny how Adam runs circles around her when writing and he's meant to be a more simple villain (since he just wants to do exterminations for the love of the game and possible revenge against Lucifer which makes more sense)

I guess maybe it's to hammer the point that humas have no control over what their final fate is. A sort of "you can't fight going to either place if you don't want to go." Ghost don't exist because if they did any human who thinks their destination of hell is unfair can just be like that one child who'll plant their feet on the ground and hold their breath when it's time to go home.

Actually it depends on the sect but some Abrahamic religions themselves belive heaven born like angles if they don't flat out hate humans are at least indifferent to us and aren't the all loving guardians we often romanticize them as. Mainly because they see us as the favorites in God's eyes while they're little more than his servants. And of course there's the whole "they fuck up and lose his favor once? They get cast out forever and can't be forgiven for it." But people fucked up time and time again from day one in the Bible and yet God eventually sacrificed his own son so that even we can be forgiven for what we do?

Like I said not every Abrahamic religion portrays the heavenly as the all loving caring beings who will help two children cross a narrow rickety bridge over a gap like that painting portrays. And I say that from experience, Its been a hot minute since Sunday school but I recall a teacher from those days flat out telling us "not all angels love you, some of them at best are indifferent to you because of jealously" Then again this same teacher tried to get everyone to say, "thy, thee, thou, ect like it was latian class mixed with Shakespeare all cause he didn't belive you can talk to god with modern dialects and slang when you see him...and this was decades before zoomer slang/brainrot mind you.

And again it seemed like cherub was going to set them up or at least said factions you mentioned. As arrogant, pompous assholes who can't stand even the slightest imperfection and policing heaven to have not even one imperfection in it. Sort of like a gated community that won't let someone in due to income or how they look. But not only has Vivian been so vague about it that I had to guess that's what the deal was, but it's also barley how that works. The angels are either full out hateful of humans or they don't care to the point where they don't hold final judgments anymore if they even ever did.

Figured it's a mix of symbolism and a form of punishment. You already mentioned Husk, bur you got Angel Dust hating his legs and Alastor looking somewhat like a prey animal.

Granted, no one would know this unless you look outside of the show and you have a chance of the information not even being canon anymore.

In my own opinion, Viv was spouting out shit that would hype up people, she didn't have any plans on introducing it to the show anyways, she wanted people to continue to talk about it, even if it means that they won't know about these "life shattering" headcanons, like Niffty enjoying Fanfiction, which we barely even see. Or any of the canon characters retaining their Pilot Interests/Skills like Angel being a badass or tapdancing. It's like Kindergarden when the series launched all of them had a factory and cultural reset. While POC/DEI's have a reason to be upset (Because Viv had promised them representation.) I feel like the only way to save Hazbin or Helluva is by reconning everything and making everyone a Male rather then having Females you won't even give half an ass about.

I feel like if it was Male Centered, then we wouldn't have much of a problem, Viv can be pro-men all she wants without women and people getting mad about it. She's not progressive, she's just someone who won the lottery and diabolically shits the bed in terms of hype and merch sales.

Probably one of the few lucky and it doesn't help that girl is not really right in the head given she's into all that satanic stuff and basically got encouraged by Blitzo to get her to agree to an assisted suicide.

I feel as though if that was the case, just like with the pentagram and inverted one, it was done on accident, because everyone knows Demons/Devils iirc according to Christianity are often creatures that lure and trick the poor smuck into committing sin, you know the ONE thing Viv doesn't show at all, she barely even seems to know what sins are, like you expect me to believe half of the Deadly Sins are "good people" when Asmodeus has his own kind raping people or even using HIS crystals to disturb humans and trick them when they are astral projecting to fuck.

Does Viv understand Nuance or is her idea of it purely based on whatever show she chooses to watch that day.

At least it fitted his character but of course, like many other things in the show, it gets undercut because Viv only knows to write templates and not characters so everyone else is also a loudmouthed middle schooler even when it wouldn't make sense for them to be one.
