I swear, Stella & Adam are the two most unfairly vilified characters in the entire verse. The above post already outlines poor owlmom's plight, so I'll recap every way that the First Man's life was fucked up irreparably.

1-When blitzo makes breakfast for Stolas, he doesn't thank him, instead he acts grossed out and tells him to get food he likes. What an asshole.

2-Stolas mention's via likes rat and ONLY THEN he remembers she exists. Stolas genuinely forgot he had a daughter, and was seemingly acting depressed until that point for a different reason, like losing his money i guess.

The "joke" about Stolas eating eggs would be equivalent to cannibalism when you overanalyze it. The eggs Blitzo was cooking were likely from some Hell chicken, not another bird demon like Stolas, and were probably not fertilized. It's like equating the caviar Stolas says he eats to the demons with fish-like appearances.

There’s also the fact that so many birds, especially chickens, will happily eat eggs and engage in cannibalism. Hell, owls do it all the time, apparently. If Stolas is based on a great horned owl, a whole lotta birds are fair game.

Adam to be fair is more justifiably villainized compared to Stella since he does relish and have a lot of fun with the exterminations, and he's also a dick, but that makes him very fun to watch.

Unlike Stella who is an idiot with no powers (as far as we know) forced into an arranged marriage with a man she doesn't love but puts up with it because of a kid and high society life, only for said man to make an embarrassment of the entire family and be a depraved degenerate who openly cares more for the imp fucktoy than the family.

Though...

These two parts make me sympathize with Adam more because Queen Bitch could've easily called off the exterminations (magic crystal surveillance ball and Lucifer speed-dial) but didn't because she is stupid. At least Adam knew what and why he was doing the exterminations unlike the idiot bossing him around.

Yeah, the people working on the comics were people Viv were friends with (but they either left or was tired of her shit.) one notable person is Fausstie who essentially was Viv's ride or die before leaving.

Honestly the best part of the past two episodes is watching that bird actually suffer. Like it is going to get resolved eventually, but watching him blubber, cry, and lash out without ever being able to save his ass is great.

There was a lot of works that fell into this trap the first time around, because they felt the need to make a statement. Anyone recall the Handmaids Tale? That shit was awful when it came out, but it got elevated solely due to the fact Trump won in 2016. Hopefully they’ve learned their lesson this time around, because with the amount of time it takes for them to make an episode, I don’t think they CAN be topical without it being a year too late. However, I won’t hold my breath, because there’s a chance Viv won’t be able to help herself.

Lore behind the Abortion comic was because they were told that Judy and Nick couldn't have kids due to their differences, which led to these trilogy being made. Second Comic had Judy become a Hyper Lesbo and Lez out, while Nick begged for her forgiveness, was pretty Lesphobic which was hilarious, Judy didn't die as it was just a fakeout in the third comic.
