Apparently a Helluva Boss board game was announced at GenCon and will be coming to Kickstarter soon.

By just looking at the pictures, it looks you go around the board and collect hits? Maybe whatever spot you land on is how many points you lose or gain to your health because of the number on the spots? And perhaps you get a certain amount of cards that can negate the losing of points or help gain points? It's hard to say since there's not a lot to go by on now. It could be a shockingly great game or a terribly shitty game. What I do know is that it will be expensive and fans will buy it.

Oh yeah, especially with the Grimoire box that appears to be custom. I don't have anyone to play board games with so I'll pass.

Whenever I see "SA" I think of the Something Awful forums. So yeah, can't niggers like this communicate without saying crap like "F-slur", "sewer slide" "unalive" and other censor?
Also "paedophile Blitzo" is nothing but a cope.
Unfortunately theirs post won't get engaged with if they'd say Stolas is a British faggot, and because lots of them online are either conformist shits or attention whores, they won't. Le society

Can we actually talk about how bland was the last short of Helluva Boss? Like, it wasn't even bad, where you can laugh at hilariously shit it was - it felt like eating a piece of paper, it was nothing, just literally staring out like this, but without appalling emotions, or anger, just literally nothing.

The ending of the short was retarded - like, literally, payoff of the guy saying "I wanna blow my son" was so predictable and boring. The final interaction between Moxxie and Blitz felt so pushed, like it was written by ChatGPT type shit.

Also this...

Like, I'm a left leaning guy, your average "control corporations, free from government bedroom" type, and I think Trump's policy regarding immigrants, whilst also making legal immigration harder, is dogshit for a country built by immigrants...But this is literally the lamest joke I ever saw. No set up, nothing - like, how politically brainwashed you gotta be to just laugh from homage about MAGA? Bruh

At least last episode was comedically evil, and this one feels as plain as drinking warm water

Overall, here's what I have to say: LYLE RATH is SHIT at writing stories! It's DISGUSTING! It's BORING!

>MAGA WHITE MALE joke in 2025 written by a white guy
I tweeted this once but if Lyle wasn’t already friends with a bunch of Newgrounds people he’d be hanging out with guys like Vaush a lot more lmao

Because by that point they were using an Asmodean crystal to travel to the living world, which was perfectly legal. They were only on the hook for using the Grimoire, which Stolas took the blame for.

I'm not up on Hellaverse worldbuilding, but it's my understanding that I.M.P. is a legitimate business operating under Asmodeus' name.

How does this help Asmodeus at all tho? I thought his crystals are only for sucubus to fuck people on earth for the sake of spreading lust or something (thus why it comes with disguise system) and not to kill humans for money. But then Barbie has her own and she sells drugs so maybe hers is legal too so what do i know. I think Stolas bought a crystal and gifted Blitzo and it doesn't seem to be regulated at all. And satan doesn't care because Blitzo's crime wasn't going to earth, it was "stealing" the grimoire from royalty.

Sorry, this is unrelated and i'll go on some autismo rant: Let me try to think this backwards. Why do you need "legal permission" to go to earth? I cannot find a real reason, only fanon excuses. That implies you need certain qualification but Blitzo sure as hell has zero and this would not be a secret. There is no way the police doesn't know he went to earth and killed people. So it it can't be "interfering too much with earth upsets heaven/lucifer" (another fanon). But it that's "legal" then what could possibly be "illegal"?

The whole conflict of the show went to shit with asmodean crystals as it raises the "why didnt blitzo just get one like barbie?" plot hole. So lets ignore season 2 and think of season 1. Why would Blitzo need the book specifically? The most logical reason would be that going to earth is not easy, you need a high magic artifact. Verosika can but she didnt use a crystal in season 1, we simply assumed SHE could do it because SHE is a succubus (turns out she needs a rock, big nerf). Blitzo is an imp and has no powers, maybe he could but certainly not by himself.

It sounds like if someone (sin or Goetia) "sponsored" Blitzo and opened portals for him this would easily be legal and there would be no problem, but the irony is that Blitzo would never let that happen. He has to be his own "Helluva Boss" and if the only way to do it was stealing from some rich prick he would do it. One could argue blitzo got away because no one takes him seriously and assume he's not really the actual boss. This entire conflict only works in helluva boss.

Sorry for the autistic rambling, it's just, the show had an actually well thought out premise that only works due to how the world built itsef. A low class hellborn wants to be his own boss and opens a business where he kills humans for paying sinners, but he can't go to earth without help so he sells his own body for a demon prince's book. It's such a funny but tragic idea when you think about it. Blitzo didn't want to be a slave but the only way to do it was becoming a sex slave. His biggest pride became his biggest shame and he can only cope by pretending he enjoys the sex.

And then vivzie killed it all because the ship took off and this is now The Stolas Show so they had to fall in love, break up and get together with stolas losing his powers in the same season.

Doesn't seem to be regulated at all
This is especially odd because in the same episode where Blitz is given the crystal, Stolas explicitly says that Blitz would be under the jurisdiction of Asmodeus, but that has meant jack shit because it's never come up again. The premise had potential but the whole thing is riddled with plot holes and ideas that get brought up once and are never taken seriously again.

It's even worse because Stolas awknowledges Blitzo going to earth was NOT legal so him being under asmodeus jurisdiction means nothing since no one cared before nor during the trial and won't care in the future either. This completely ignores Blitzo's desire to be independent and the idea that it should be impossible for low class imps.

Stolas: This imp has a business he runs. He needs to access the mortal realm to carry out his work. I know your demons are some of the only ones who can traverse freely and legally. I was wondering if you could assist me in... finding a way he could too?

"Hey leader of this land, my friend has been breaking the law publically for a while, can you give him a license so he can keep doing the same thing but without being law breaking anymore?" How is traversing the illegal part and not killing humans? Why did Stolas never care about Blitzo breaking the law back then much less after being retconned to always love him? Verosika didn't care despite hating blitzo. Stella was fully aware and didn't care and it's only excusable because she's retarded now.

The one person who SHOULD care is Asmodeus and he literally doesn't. This makes you think law doesn't mean shit anyway haha it's hell but then in the same episode you have Crimson hire a lawyer and force Asmodeus to write a real contract that LEGALLY gives him all his "factory assets" and like, why would this contract matter? Stolas says "a deal with a sin is everlasting" without explaining why (how rwby) so what is stopping asmodeus from simply shooting Crimsom right after the deal? He kills the lawyer later anyway.

The law wasn't that important in season 1 but there wasn't much focus on it, it was easier to assume either no one cared or assumed blitzo was working for a high class since he's an imp. Season 2 the law is is this nonsensical anti-world building tool that actively contradicts and plot holes itself because vivzie wants contrivances for drama or say blitzo and moxie met in jail.

This is only a joke you’d make if you’ve watched the whole first season. This seems like one of those things where he wants to make fun of the show for having gay retarded messaging (which it does) but also he clearly likes the show to some extent and has a soft spot for the characters. That Sir Pent is way too cute for someone who wants to make fun of furries lol
