Honestly, the more I see, the more I think that Viv and her friends may be the types of scumbags who think that Cannon Hinnant is not worth sympathy, because he is white or could have apparently provoke Sessoms into shooting him somehow. Speaking, there is nothing about Hinnant in her tweets and likes, nothing at all.

Nah, she just has the same sort of weird ignorant social sensibilities and armchair activism you'd see from a high school freshman on Tumblr back in 2014, which makes sense given that she got her start on (and a good chunk of her fanbase) on that site. She probably doesn't care about Cannon because that situation can't be twisted into some shit about institutionalized prejudice or whatever.

It's obnoxious and dumb but it's infinitely more tolerable than communists making shitty memes about throwing landlords into the guillotines.

It's still absolutely disgusting. (Forgot if I mentioned this before, so sorry if I am repeating myself) One of the things about Vivienne that grosses me out the most, is how at times, she still tries to present herself as a goodie-good person with a heart that cares for everyone, while what can be seen proves otherwise.

..... Just watched the pilot... Really fun tbh. The 1st half was unbearably dense with all that chaotic "internet humor" randomness and the dialogue volume was super low compared to the background music. Overall tho, once they have A24 polish it up, I think it'll be a really entertaining series.

I'm really curious about what happened with the previous company that supposedly screwed vivziepop. I think there's probably something fishy there if she's not allowed to talk about it. She seems to have some issues with navigating social interactions, which makes sense if she's autistic... but part of that equation is also being self-centered and blaming others for your own fuck-ups. I predict there will be more drama before and after the premiere of this series lol.

I just hope she negotiated a deal to retain the rights to the series and not well them to a24 entirely every creator who has ever made an animated series has in some degree gotten screwed over by the studio/network and got a raw deal when it came to the rights to their own creation. How many times are people complaining to Greg McCracken about the two Powerpuff girls reboots only for him to say it's out of his hands because he doesn't own the rights to the series. Or remember the pilot for galactic kids next door? All that hard work put in by Mr Warburton only for it to be shot down by CN to say no because it was ultimately them who had the final say on rebooting kids next door.

Say what you want about vivzie (and yes she can be quite lolcowy at times) but even she deserves better than having the same thing happen to her.
