I got into He-man because it was my bros Fav show from back in the day. As ridiculous as it was, I unironically see the appeal of it.

Masters of the Universe is probably the greatest thing ever made with He-Man. Completely Underated


He man is as great as he is because he can fight a dude as epic as this.

Give it a season.

I have the 2003 series on DVD, which was almost perfect. One more season to really engage the Skeletor vs Hordak dynamic would've been nice. Far from the metrosexual industrialist from the recent She-Ra cartoon, in the 2003 cartoon Hordak was the devil.

The He-man show from 2002 was rather nice! The style reminds me of that. I am skeptical, because having expectations is the first step down the road of disappointment.
Of course the question is two fold: 1) how they will poz it up? 2) do we need a He-man show in the first place? Make something new.

Kevin Smith is fucking shit now, pretty sure Yoga Hosers killed the left over fan base he had. So why on earth would netflix get him to helm a He Man reboot?

This video will be better than the show

They made Teela look like the Crimson Chin from fairly odd parents.

Other than that the black girl looks out of place with no huge weapon or appendage, orko looks evil(then again this makes me wonder if they're going to tackle his people being from Despondos an actual dimension of pure evil)

Skeletor looks fine, beastman looks fine, Mossman looks too much like beast man which will cause confusion. I mean I know his toy is a flocked repaint of Beastman but 200X atleast had Mossman look distinct.

I want King Hiss and the Snakemen because they brought in Dinosaurs.

Finally someone fucking said it. I tried watching that POS and turned it off halfway through because I felt like I was going to fall asleep.
It isn't funny, it's just trying really hard to be "subversive" and turning to the camera to say "I'm not like those OTHER movies""

They're all really mad that it isn't a total bastardization of the source material like She-ra's reboot was and isn't aping Steven Universe. Fucking hilarious.

They really want He-Man to be canonically gay as a "take that" to people who disliked the She-Ra reboot.
