I just wanna say I never thought I'd wanna fight bots or squids again so bad, fuck these bugs and their bugfucked faces. If they didn't explode after dying it wouldn't be so annoying but it always seems to cause just enough damage that I end up wasting stims quicker. I've been using flame weapons to good effect and enjoying life more since I started rocking the Inflammable armors more often and using the double edge sickle against tougher bugs and spitting flames on the hordes. The new sickle will cut through an armored bug pretty quick when you get it nice and warm, then you can change the ICE if you want and not worry as much about stims.

I'm not sure if this actually works but I hit a left or right movement key before landing and it seems to keep me from going ass over tea kettle

Recently taken up using the Reprimand on semi auto like some kind of carbine/miniature DMR. One shots devastator heads and chews through bugs with relative ease. Very ammo efficient. I am looking forwards to being able to put a scope and maybe a suppressor on one to make it into an effective stealthdiving weapon.

I only fought to the bots, rarely have i fought the bugs and bots are still more fun to fight than the bugs
 
Finding in the city ruins does add a layer of more strategy to it, somewhat. i enjoy it. randumbs are crap as ever and you can just tell who is russian and every time a chink name comes up, everybody runs. the game needs regional locking here in europe, seriously, we're stuck right in the middle of cheating, unskilles russian subhumans and cheating, unskilled chinks with 300-400 ms pings ruining everything

The bugs have been such a bitch to fight today, did they bring back the predator strain? I noticed yesterday they were somewhat more normal but were spore affected and now I'm seeing fucking stalker swarms and more aggressive hunters etc. Bile titans seem to have got a bit more frequent and tough as well.

Edit - the gloom is getting thicker on Fori, get in and dive today before the planet goes offline

i found that if i hold back on my stick before landing i dont ragdoll

i fought a d10 bot mission and it was so much more fun that even any bug mission ive played in the last few days, i dont see how people have fun on bugs but not bots, also wish that factory striders were more common on d10, like one would spawn every other bot call in, theyre so much more fun to fight

Be careful what you wish for. I remember old spawn rates where it was normal to see 3-4 at a time. That was before anti-tank options and the 500kg bomb were buffed too.

Portable hellbomb has become one of my favorite strats, makes it so easy to farm kills if you set it off on higher difficulty with a lot of breaches around you. It has finally inspired me to give another backpack strat a try and now I'm hooked on just zooming the FRV around till I encounter a lot of bugs or an objective and dropping it off as a care package. Also makes it fun to shitpost with teammates which is nice.

I saw some speculation and "leaks" online that supposed we would be getting a gloom specific warbond and some new strats, but honestly I've had my best luck just using shit from past warbonds and the new one with the big booms. The double edge sickle and cookout are the best primaries for them imo, and you don't even need a red strat now with all the fun toys they've dropped.
