Helldivers 2 - Hell is more diverse than ever as PlayStation's demographics continue to grow and change.

Anybody want to make predictions on what Xbox players will be like? I'm really curious to see the actual tangible differences you can see between them, us and PS5 players.
As an Xbox guy. Xbox doesn't have a built in mic in the controller like PS5 so you'll get less mic spam but at the same time possibly less people on mic. In general I feel like Xbox is an older demographic at this point. Kids want a gaming PC or PS5 nowadays, so you'll probably see older guys more often. Definitely the vast majority American. Except all the Mexicans who love gears of war

I usually try not to bash pubbies, but Great Liberty, they have been terrible tonight. 3 different squads (d8-9) on bots, and none of them could handle their shit. Zerging objectives and dying to the mortars they ran past, completely failing to kill heavies, just general incompetence all night.

I spent an entire round with the Diligence counter-sniper just saving asses. Literally just swinging around from one teammate to the next, killing medium enemies with headshots as they closed to 5 meters. Then desperately checking my strategems every 10 seconds to deal with heavies because they weren't killing anything. It was like babysitting 3 retarded chihuahuas who each tried attacking a different pitbull at the same time.

Crossplay -> Off
Thank me later.

Were they adding the SEAF AI to other missions as well or were they keeping it purely on the defense of super earth missions?

There are SEAF soldiers on every megacity but aren't on any other mission type, there's a few megacities occupied by the Illuminate, don't know about the bugs, and as usual the bots are way behind on everything for some reason.

The chinese players are literally insane in this game. They will teamkill players on the objective. Then go have a big fight 200m from the objective and then fuck off to some far flung corner of the map without ever clearing the objective.

It's like they are playing some other game that only they can see. I find it fascinating. I can't even be angry.
I've had bafflingly good luck when it comes to chinese randos. They would, like you say, run around doing their own thing but at least they were working objectives and not dying or teamkilling while going all solo operator.

SEAF soldiers are in the megacity bug missions and they seem much more effective against the bugs than the illuminate.

I can see the bots requiring some special work to make actually work in megacity maps. It comes down to their reinforcement deployment method, I think. Illuminate warp in from high up and beam down, bugs pop up from wherever the hell they want, but bot dropships have to fly in low and slow and then drop their reinforcements, which probably requires more tinkering to actually make work right with all the vertical obstruction.
Not to mention Factory Striders barely fitting in the streets.

I think the current ratio is 1 in 4 bugdivers is retarded.
In defense of bug divers my first dive back on the bot front in months ended with the host waiting for me to drop next to a hell bomb and shooting it as soon as I spawned. On diff 10.

I haven't had a bug divers grief me in ages

When are we getting the tank or mobile anti air
There would need to be a massive change in the game so that those wouldnt be overpowered.
Or, if implemented now, theyd have some sort of a drawback like slow movement speed which would make them shit to use.

Slow movement is fine if it's powerful, if you want something faster that's the role the mechs should fill. The tank should reward teams that play combined arms. Two players do chaff clear and keep enemies away from the tank, the driver and gunner make sure they don't put themselves in a bad spot and obliterate anything with higher armor that threatens the chaff cleaners.
