Yeah D10 on bots is basically Pick Eruptor or Explosive crossbow, Pick either of the two revolvers, pick the 50% less explosive damage armor, pick the big laser, the 500kg and the recoilless.
Typically run Laser w/ a tank (for fun). Do a HMG/Railgun w/ the supply pack. But i switch frequently bots is pretty nice for that. Then ill run a supershotgun for vox engines w/ the eagle if not honestly any weapon will do.
I think the heavy force of law armor is mad slept on.

Bug I run the robot all the time, always grenade pistol w/ dynamite with the laser shotgun. Light but the grenade launchers are rly good esp for oshaune

Illuminate is the killzone sniper, stalwart w/ pack and the machine pistol. Any medium will do

The older I get, the more I realize nerds were outcasts for a very good reason. Anyone who gets a big dick over being good at vidya games is more than likely an insufferable twat who deserves to be bullied.

The "Super Democracy" meme feels like the result of Sweet Baby, Inc. saying, "we need an inclusive, anti-fascist counter-signal to the appealing militarism of 40k and Starship Troopers".
I thought the super democracy of Helldivers was a parody of Bush Era American Patriotism

Pretty outdated imo, you'd run Trident or Scorcher or Lib Pen with the Leveler and supply pack these days, maybe throw in a Railgun or Quasar. Ultimatum instead of the revolvers and orbital barrages instead of 500kg. And Double Edge Sickle builds are fun.

It is, there's only the barest of veneers of satire when the game says that 9/11 was an inside job for casus belli and fueling the MIC.
But there was a big disconnect between the presentation in Helldivers 1 and 2, and people (retards) started unironically falling for the epic based globo-fascist genocidal state LARP because it was presented in a way that was too tongue in cheek. I do blame the swedes for feeding that cohort of fans though, they actively cultivated it just like the imperiumtards and GW.

Dunno why millennials and below are ok with shitting their personal info all over the internet.
Because i firmly believe if i get fired for posting here everyone at my job is a faggot and should die. If my shithole country makes the site illegal i leave. I understand wanting anonimity for some things but the fact Americans get fired or on my side of the Atlantic governments attempting to harass users of a gossip site is utterly revolting to me and i refuse to play along.

That and i'm lazy and retarded.

Millennials were some of the last people to be told the internet was dangerous, and the era of drama-fuckery that this site descended from encapsulates the tail end of that age. While it could be argued the web has actually gotten less safe as it condensed into a handful of sites, the companies that control it these days have an obligation not to announce the hazards present on their services. Young people these days start their internet use with social media and work outward from there instead of being anonymous forum/IRC goofballs that can just shed an identity when needed.

This should be required viewing in Middle School

And it seems glaringly out of place when your opponents are aliens instead of other humans with a competing ideology.

Yes but it plays perfectly with the self-loathing and nihilistic view that humans are some kind of super virus both literally and intellectually, and a danger to everything else in creation. So loved today by "critics" and progressives. If the lore in such a story is more than bare minimum then it will inevitably attempt to make humans out to be the biggest evil of all in some way. Literally by making us somehow responsible for the other evils or just morally with navel gazing pseudo intellectual nonsense. "humans were the biggest evil/threat/danger all along"

Managed Democracy.

But yes it's supposed to be a parody of the patriotic fervor of the "they hate us for our freedom" era, combined with the top-down state worship of Communist China.

Lore-wise after the nuclear wars that ravaged the Earth the "Federation of Super Earth" rose from the ashes of the US and China to conquer and unite the whole planet, before then declaring T.A.D. and btfo'ing the entire universe in the first galactic war, which ended in 2084. 2 takes place 100 years later after Super Earth got complacent and the other factions came back to fuck shit up.

Well I didn't fall for anything. I know full well that Super Earth is evil, I just don't care. I fucking hate aliens.

I almost caught myself feeling bad for the squids being nearly driven to extinction but then I got zapped by a tesla tower from around a corner. Cleared that up right quick.

It was started by Sweden. One of the more subtle and easily missed elements of the satire is that Super Earth's fascism grew out of extreme centrist liberalism. It's the logical endpoint of a shitlib's worldview, not a conservative's or a leftist's. They are profoundly authoritarian, but they see being authoritarian as justified and correct because it's in the name of equality, and they want to bring that equality to everyone, by force.

It was started by Sweden.
In Sweden anyway, though after the Last Great War half the planet was reduced to radioactive rubble anyway.

I always assumed that humanity simply congregated in hinga dinga land to form the federation rather than the swedes themselves creating it whole-cloth, and the specifics are never really mentioned so it's kinda anyone's guess. I focused on the US and China because they were the biggest countries to come away from the last great war basically unscathed.

It being the endpoint of shitliberalism is pretty true, though.

IIRC it was like, China/Russia/USA had ground themselves down to such a state of weakness from fighting WW3 that they were spent forces, Sweden was just one of the last countries standing that wasn't completely annihilated and said "hey, wanna join our gang?" followed by a period like the 40k Unification Wars.

Russia was absolutely ravaged by nukes actually, as was the UK. Britain is completely gone lmao. The Burgers and Bugmen are chillin'.

For some odd reason I find myself doubting that 9 normal ass half-starved dudes with dogwater lasguns are going to roflstomp 4 6' 10" juiced up spec-ops guys wielding mininukes and backpack shields.
Lasguns sucking is a meme tho. They're quite versatile but when your opponents are either chaos marines with armor as thick as a tank, orks with hides again as thick as an average tank or bugs where you cant even count if you kill the grunts the results get muddled.

As the guy a few posts earlier pointed out Krieg, Catachan or Cadia produce soldiers that wont just run. Nor would macabian jannisaries or the Mordian iron guard although the iron guard would just stand single file and get slaughtered.

In short my fictional universe would totally beat your fictional universe like how my dad would beat up yours.

Not really no, the idea that sentient aliens are somehow incapable of reasoning is 40k nonsense. The dehumanization (de-sentience-ization?) propaganda in Helldivers was part of the point that was being made in the setting, they were obvious stand ins for real conflicts. And it was inherently contradictory which was also the point (Squid Saddam DEFINITELY had WMDs so we had to do a peaceful preemptive attack, anyone who disagrees is executed for treason, we don't negotiate with terrorists, yet the Illuminate war ended with a treaty. The Cyborg human serfs that want autonomy are communist terrorists that can't be negotiated with, yet Super Earth negotiated with them, twice. Bugs are a bit weirder because it's a mix of war in the Middle East for the petrodollar and commentary on bioweapons).

For Helldivers 1 anyway. 2 is a bit weird in that it should be the natural continuation where Super Earth's aggressive wars turned their targets into the very dehumanized enemies their propaganda talked about (just like the real life US) but not many people played HD1 so they're retreading the same waters. There are only so many ways you could repeat "wink wink nudge nudge the Ministry of Truth assures you that Automatons don't have feelings!" yeah no shit they're sapient, but they now do throw humans in blenders like the old propaganda said, because you made them do that, so it's just a bunch of terrible factions fighting each other for revenge.
