Maybe that's the moral of helltaker, if you want something so much, go for it.

Puzzles felt a bit underwhelming as i progressed, i feel like if the game were to get a sequel it should at least add some variation besides punching and spikes.

I won't lie, I have the game but I watched a playthrough instead because I suck at the game. Took me an hour to beat Judgement-

Resident Helltaker Enthusiast here back for this DLC release.


My thoughts? Loved the fuck out of it, 9.5/10

Pros:
Everything except the difficulty spike
Cons:
The difficulty spike

Holy FUCK is the sequel DLC hard, i literally had to throw in the towel and accept the fact that my reflexes and time to play video games is not what it used to be and gave up on the last boss, but overall the DLC is satisfying as hell.


In retrospect to this thread: it feels almost surreal to come back to this thread a year later with an ACTUAL sequel to the game, i never once excepted a game with one off quality to actually make a sequel, let alone make one thats just as good as the original.

God damn Vanripper is built different, TWO S tier releases in a row, thats nuts.
