don't give your two week's notice, as you aren't legally required to by any law in existence. Just find a job, and don't tell them you're leaving until you're last day, or just block their number and never show up again.

Or maybe pretend that you are sick for as long as possible so they don't hire or train anyone to permanently take on your role.

Most of the ones that were already here legally are great, the problem now is that a lot more of the organized crime types and people who would never make it through customs are getting in to flee the sinking ship back home. So not much different from the Mexican situation honestly

Call OSHA when they inevitably fuck things up. Then, make it known that you're the one who called OSHA. They'll retaliate, which is illegal, then sue if they have any money left. OSHA standards are esy to research, and goo knowledge to have. An easy one, is that under most circumstances, nothing greater than 40 lbs should be stored above your head. I have it on good authority that warehouse guys fuck this up, all the time.

I stole this idea from a nigger (haha, how the tables have turned) who claimed to have done this successfully.

If you have ethical concerns about using Feds to fuck people over (especially OSHA), that's understandable, but the entire premise is ethically dubious to begin with. You're much better off just focusing on finding a new career where you can thrive. This company will probably destroy itself.

Because they knew your type was always skimming off the top, that's why they hired the immigrants, so they can factor in the skim, and still be ahead, but can't if they keep you. Start looking for a new job.

Well since quitting and/or getting wrongfully fired has already been asked, I'm going to ask if you are looking for a new job or if you plan to stay in this situation and toe the line so you don't get fired?
